The turnaround time for the images was incredibly fast, and we were presented with a wealth of breathtaking photos to choose from.

However, this led to a delightful dilemma. Each photo was so stunning and enchanting, making it difficult to narrow down our selection. We were spoiled for choice with the sheer amount of amazing photos he provided us with.

In conclusion, we couldn't be happier with Dan's photos. His talent, warmth, and genuine passion for his craft shine through in every image he captures. Working with Dan was an absolute pleasure, and we wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who wants their special moments beautifully captured for a lifetime. I don't even know where to begin. From the minute we contacted Dan we knew he was the guy for us. Seeing his work and his eye for candid shots was just the vibe we were after. Dan was so relaxed and easy going which was just a breath of fresh air as I'd heard horror stories of some photographers being sticklers for schedules. But our guests, venue and other suppliers couldn't sing his praises enough. He worked tirelessly throughout the whole day and captured the most beautiful shots. You won't find any forced smiles staring down the lens, as Dan prefers a to capture organic snapshots in time. When you look through the photos, it really shows the vibe of the day and tells the story of THAT moment.

Dan clearly loves and cares about what he does. From our our first contact, to our continuing aftercare, he's been communicative via email, Whatsapp and telephone. Each time we've met him, he's been polite and open, immediately putting us at ease. It felt like he was an old friend rather than a photographer we'd met twice!

Dan's turn around times are unbelievable. Within a couple of days of our wedding, we had hundreds of edited images to look through to relive the day. These images are also super easy to share with other loved ones.
We've had plenty of comments from friends and family about how good his pictures are and we are incline to agree.

It can be exceptionally daunting to trust someone to take pictures of such a special day. Just go and make the call and let Dan know what you are after. Dan one of those people who takes great pride in his work and relishes making ideas come to life.

Choosing Daniel for our photographer was one of the best decisions we've ever made. Breathtaking photos and the best person to spend our wedding day with. Not only did he make us look like rock stars, but we would get married all over again just for the excuse to hang out with this fantastic human for another day.

Dan was fantastic. He originally caught our eye with his style (candid documentary style with great editing to enhance the shots), but he really exceeded our expectations. He was so great on the day - he coordinated things with control but was in no way overbearing. He gave little suggestions throughout the day too, which were really helpful and turned out perfectly, whilst also listening to all of our requests beforehand and on the day itself. Dan was also so friendly with all of our guests and many of them told us how great he was.

Not only was he fantastic on the day, but the turnaround time for the hundreds of photos he took was unbelievably fast, which was really appreciated by us and all of our guests. Everyone commented on how beautiful the photos of the day were and we couldn’t be happier with how it all went.

Daniel is an absolute star on the rise. We chose him as our wedding photographer hoping to find someone who could capture the authentic moments instead of purely posed photographs, and he was everything we hoped for. Going through our wedding album we've been amazed at the way he's caught everything from our big moments to the background fun that we missed. Cannot recommend him highly enough. It also helps that he's very professional and a good laugh!

My wife and I hired Dan to photograph our wedding in Sherborne in June 2022. We were looking for a candid-style photographer who had a modern feel and very high quality work. That's exactly what Dan gave us! We searched for photographers in Dorset, and even though he's based in the Midlands, we saw his work and knew we had to have him. Thankfully he does not charge for mileage, so I recommend booking him even if he's not in your area.
From our initial phone call he seemed super laid-back yet professional, and he fit with our vibe perfectly. We wanted our wedding to feel intimate even though we had 120 guests, but most of all we wanted it to feel whimsical and effortlessly fun for everyone. Dan helped us feel at ease since my wife and I aren't exactly the most natural in front of the camera. Several of our guests asked us if he was a friend, since we were so comfortable with him, but we hadn't even met him before that day.
Throughout the whole process Dan was great at communicating with us about the schedule and our expectations. We wanted our photos to look natural and classy, with nothing cheesy or too formal. He made sure to capture all the moments that were important to us, and even got the entire party together for an impromptu group photo in front of the venue's amazing barn.
He was flexible when there was an issue getting a hotel room for my bridesmaids and me to get ready in. We ended up crammed in a tiny room, stressed about family members travelling from overseas whose arrival was cutting it extremely close to the wedding time! Despite all this unexpected anxiety, Dan showed up and his presence reassured me that we could roll with the punches and have a fun time. I was delightfully surprised by how many angles he could capture in such a tiny space.
We received our photos only three days after the wedding, which was sooner than he told us, and he included at least 100 more than was in the contract. We were immensely pleased with the quality of the photos and how he captured all the laughter from the whole day. He took some cool artistic photos of our bouquets, vintage VW vans that we arrived in, and the Morris dancers who entertained us. The most difficult part will be narrowing it down to a couple hundred for our photo album. We have enjoyed going through and printing some candid shots of friends and family to send in our thank-you cards.
My only regret is not booking Dan for engagement photos, as they would have looked wonderful, but despite this we didn't have any difficulty in feeling totally at ease with him on the wedding day.
Highly recommend to anyone wanting some fresh, timeless photos of any important occasion!
