Matt isn’t just a photographer and artist, he is an experience curator, and such a lovely, kind person.
The photos themselves were gobsmackingly beautiful and we couldn’t be happier with them, honestly above and beyond expectations for our wedding photos. Tears of joy for at least 3 hours when we received them!
But that’s not all, the whole experience we had with Matt was truly fantastic. From the moment we met him via video call, we knew his lovely calm temperament and gorgeous style of shooting was perfect for us. Then in the run-up to the wedding he was unbelievably helpful in the planning and organising of the day via emails with fun questionnaires, short forms and Pinterest boards. He made the potentially painful process of planning the day a delight - he deserves an award for that alone!
On the day, Matt was unreal. So professional and SO lovely to us and all our guests - we received so many compliments about him. He got absolutely all the shots we were after and more, we couldn’t believe it as he blended in so beautifully with our day it didn’t feel like he was snapping away! He also took great care in making sure everyone felt comfortable and was so sweet and kind with children, too.
I can’t say enough good things about Matt and his service. He worked so hard on putting our slideshow and gallery together and made it such a wonderful experience. We love him and so do our friends and family! Thank you, Matt :) -

Matt is amazing!!
We both just wanted to say a huge thank you to Matt, he exceeded expectations in every way possible! We’ve had some sneak peeks and they are beautiful, we cannot wait to see the rest. We couldn’t agree more with the other reviews. We really had no idea what we were doing when we’re looking for a photographer. Going with Matt Trott was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding! We were over the moon with everything!
The quality of the photography was excellent. The communication leading up to and after the wedding was spot on. But most of all it was just such a joy to have Matt at our wedding.
We got such a good array photos, different styles, angles and settings and thanks to Matt we have memories to last a lifetime. Matt made everyone around him feel at ease and mixed in so well with the guests we could barely distinguish him from the others. He allowed us space and time to enjoy the day too. Most of the time he blended into the background which, to us at least, is the sign of a good photographer. He managed to capture authentic shots and real moments which was exactly what we were looking for.
It's also worth noting that Matt’s was the fairest price we found considering what you get for it, which I’m sure is a big factor for most of those looking for a wedding photographer.
At some point soon you’ll hear a voice in your head saying, “I think I’ll go with Matt Trott”, you should probably listen to the voice. We did... and we couldn’t have been happier with that decision.

From the moment we spoke with Matt about our wedding photography we just knew he was the right fit for us. He's calm, professional and extremely talented. On our wedding day, Matt made us all feel calm and relaxed and even found fun little games for us to play during a walk so he could capture some excellent images of us. He is also fantastic with young children too, also making them feel at ease. We have sat and laughed and cried (happy tears!) our way through our gallery many times already. I will be recommending Matt to anyone that will listen! Thank you thank you thank you xxx -

Matt is fantastic!! We feel very lucky to have had him photograph our wedding! He is so relaxed and friendly, putting everyone at ease. We loved spending time with him on the day and all our guests commented how great and friendly he was as well as how fantastic the photos are! The photos are perfect. He captured the day and the joy and laughter so so beautifully. He has a great technique for group photos and his drone shots are excellent too. He is also incredibly professional and made everything so easy and relaxed from start to finish. The slideshow is also brilliant and we are so excited for the finished album! Couldn’t recommend Matt more! -

Matt has been amazing since the moment we contacted him on Facebook. The communication was great and he's so friendly he would put anyone at ease. Even my guests loved him. And the pictures? They're wonderful. We got them in less than 3 weeks and they look stunning. -

Where do we start.....if you are looking for a photographer who will capture your day in the most beautiful way then you do not need to look any further. Having Matt as our photographer was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the time of booking Matt was helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He got to know us as a couple over the months and listened to our views and offered advice.
On the day Matt was so friendly, really blended in to our day and was in no way obtrusive. So many of our guests commented on the great shots they witnessed him capture. We didn't feel that we lost time with our wedding guests as our couples photos were taken at convenient moments to let us enjoy time with our guests. Having a January wedding - the weather isn't guaranteed but the sun was out for us and Matt captured the light in all it's glory.
Matt promised us a few sneak peaks that would arrive in the following days and less than 24 hours later we had a handful of the most beautiful photos.
Within a couple of weeks Matt had edited and put together the most amazing slideshow of our best photos and gave us access to our online gallery. 950 stunning photos that told the story of our day. We've shared our photos with family and friends and the response has been the same from everyone - WOW! Stunning photos -what an amazing photographer.
We have fabulous photos that we can treasure forever - thank you Matt, we will certainly be recommending you at every opportunity.
