We dedicate ourselves to working with you to develop your plan for the day, using our experience to guide you on the day. We like to meet you in person informally, to build our relationship and work towards giving you the best possible experience.

PhilipSedley Photography is passionate about providing elegant and evocative wedding images for couples in Kent and beyond. With a fun and attentive approach to photoshoots, resident photographer David Coleman loves to craft photo albums that depict beautiful wedding stories. He has been documenting milestone moments since the 1990s. Whether you plan on having an intimate or large celebration, this seasoned professional has you covered. With a pricing structure to reflect todays modern trend of simple weddings, our prices begin at just £400 for capturing the ceremony, group shots, uploaded digital album and all images supplied on an ornate USB stick, up to £1,600 for the entire day an an additional hard back quality photo album.

Services Offered

Though Philip Sedley Photography is based in Kent, they also work with soon-to-be newlyweds in London, Surrey, Sussex, and Essex. The standard wedding package includes whole-day coverage, a personalised USB stick, and an online gallery where you can view your favourite pictures. David never forgets the formalities and their traditional wedding shots will always stand the test of time.

What does the wedding package include?

Your day tailored to suit your needs. From simple ceremony and group shots, to full day and high quality hardback album. All packages include online digital album and photos on an ornate USB stick

How far in advance should I contact you?

Most bookings are for the following year, however we can respond at short notice if we have availability. Don't hesitate to call us if you have been let down at the last minute

Do you cover more than one wedding a day?

No

Can you travel?

Yes, kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, London - We can also do overseas weddings and have familiarity with Italy

What is the charge for travelling?

We use sustainable EV vehicles which allow us to keep travel costs low. We do not charge for mileage within a 50 mile radius of Rochester. Any distance beyond 50 miles will be a small per mile cost

What kind of technology do you use?

Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?

We're happy to capture the traditional group shots as well as working documentary to capture the unplanned special moments throughout the day

What kind of equipment do you use?

Canon cameras and Canon Professional L series lenses. Currently using the latest Canon R5 and Canon 5D range of cameras. We prefer to use the 24 to 70mm zoom lens, along with the 70 to 200mm

Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?

Yes, photo albums are available for viewing and download through our website provided by WIX

What's the delivery time for a photographic report?

1 month

Do you send all the photos taken?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

How do you charge extra time?

We know that the best laid plans can often be derailed for a variety of reasons, but don't fret, our extra time is chargeable at £25 an hour, but if we're loving the party I'm sure we'd stay for free

What are the forms of payment?

Non refundable 50% booking at the time, with the balance paid 6 weeks in advance of the wedding day. Less than 6 weeks notice will require full payment on booking. Bank transfer payments only

How do you work?

We'll meet with you before the date to get to know you better and discuss your needs for the day. We want to get to know you as a couple to put you at ease and capture your memorable day

Dave was absolutely brilliant!!!!

I can’t rave about how good Dave was enough. We checked in at least 3 times before the wedding to
Go over logistics. We gave him free rein, we said you’re the professional, this is your time to shine. And he did!
I would recommend Dave over and over. The quality of his work, he was efficient, supportive and made us feel at ease.
Dave even stayed later than initially planned because he was chatting to our guests and enjoying a well deserved pint in the sun after all of his running around for the last 5 hours.
Absolute legend, his shots he got were amazing! Can’t wait to see the full album. Thanks again Dave!

An amazing experience
