When we arranged to meet Belle prior to our wedding it was difficult to get her to confirm a date and place and she changed this last minute. We had to travel for an hour, and didn’t get to meet her at the venue to select the best spots for photos.

On the day of our wedding she didn’t turn up at the time we had agreed, we phoned her 3 times. She finally turned up half an hour late and didn’t apologise.

When we began group photos Belle lacked initiative in organising a suitable spot at a venue that she supposedly knew well. She was reluctant to organise people into the right positions and seemed irritated.

She stayed until early evening but abruptly disappeared without letting either of us know, despite saying that she would notify us before leaving. We only realised she’d gone when we went searching for her to take more photos. In total she spent 6.5 hours with us rather than the advertised 8.

Since our wedding she has been difficult to get hold of, but we received a link with our photos after approximately 3 weeks. We’re happy with a lot of the photos, however, we didn’t receive some which we specifically asked for and know were taken. We also only received 262 photos, and half of these were black and white duplicates, effectively leaving us with just 131 original photos out of the 300-400 stated on her website.

After continual chasing, she finally contacted us 10 and a half weeks after our wedding to confirm that she would send through more photos. We received a further 87 but there were still photos missing so we asked her to revisit this again. We had to chase multiple times to get a response only to be told that she’d look at this when she had time. She eventually confirmed that she had no more photos 15 weeks after our wedding.

Overall we did not have a good experience and would not recommend.

My mum and stepdad had their wedding in August 2022, had been waiting for the photo album that was in the price for nearly 2 years after numerous messages which she would ignore and then get irate and use foul language in messages if I commented on a social media post asking about my mums photo album, I was given alot of rubbish excuses in regards to money and being a single parent, I gave benefit of the doubt even though she had already been paid for the service nearly 2 years before. Today 20.05.2024 I finally was able to pick up the wedding photo album which is infact just a photo book she has made on photobox where the picture quality on some images are poor standard. Very unprofessional in regards to ignorance of messages and use of foul language towards a paying customer, she should also be embarrassed of the final product that she has dragged her heels over! Over 300 people attended the wedding that day and I am contemplating getting them all to leave a review so others do not have to go through all this hassle for a cheap photo book that my mum could have made herself. My brother and sister in law are still waiting four years later for their album.
