When looking for our wedding photographer, we had a recommendation from our friends who were getting married.

When meeting Ray at our first meeting we knew he was who we wanted to shoot our big day for us. After having to postpone a couple of times due to COVID Ray was able to accommodate all of our needs and myself and my husband are quite an easy going couple and was happy for Ray to go with the flow of the day.

On the day he was fantastic, my husband had been in an accident the early morning of our wedding which meant that we postponed the evening reception until he was able to enjoy it with everyone. Ray was so accommodating to come back and take photos at the evening reception.

Everybody at the wedding and evening reception commented on how good Ray was.

Having Ray as our photographer was a breeze and you didn't even know he was there half of the time he just got on with it taking action shots.

Even after the event Ray kept intouch and was helpful when it came to choosing our photos for our album letting us know that because we had picked extra photos we could either pay the extra for the extra pages or we could reduce the amount of photos and not just charging us.

At the beginning we had chosen our package and had agreed, on our final meeting before the wedding we were able to change our x2 3 photo parents albums to x2 smaller canvases which worked out better for us with the family dynamics.

We also sent Ray a gift for everything that he had done on our wedding day and for being understanding. Once he had received it he was so thankful and emotional as he didn't expect if after the hard time that we had had on our special day and phoned me to thank us.

We would recommend Ray to everybody that we can as he made our day as breezy as he could considering the circumstances and then out evening reception.

Ray feels like part of our family - my sister first found Ray for her wedding in 2021, and we were lucky enough to secure Ray for two other family weddings in 2023. It's testament to the quality of his work that we did not even question who we should hire for our wedding photography.

I don't need to go into details about Ray's wonderful photography as you can see that on his website. What impresses me most about Ray is the care he takes with those with whom he works - in the background of our wedding video, Ray can be seen quietly helping my elderly grandparents with their flowers, without being asked. It's that kind of special detail that makes Ray an absolute joy to work with.

Ray was great from start to finish! He was my Sisters photographer so it was a no brained for me as I’d met him on that day. He was great. He helped with my tangled bracelet, was great with my kids and other youngsters and just overall a nice guy without being too intrusive. Made us both feel comfortable and I’m so glad we met him at my Sisters wedding.

We had a great experience working with this photographer. He was very responsive and helpful from the start, and he made sure that we were happy with everything before we booked. The photos from our shoot turned out amazing, and I would definitely recommend him to others. He captured the atmosphere of the day perfectly. He was also very professional and easy to work with.

Ray is the man for the job whoever you are looking at stop and book with Ray now you will not regret it!

People always say that a photographer is a massive part of your day and yes they are as these photos will last a lifetime and you want your day to be captured in the best possible way. But I was massively mistaken Ray is so much more than a photographer he was more like a best man (that is no exaggeration) Ray provided continuous support to myself, my husband and my wedding party from capturing us with the best pose, providing me with pins for my gown and then helping the girls put on shoes and doing up there necklaces, Ray was fully committed to our day and went above and beyond what he should have been doing including keeping us on time.

I am not the biggest fan of having photos taken however Ray put us at ease guided us every step of the way and helped us readjust our pose. At no point was it uncomfortable or awkward.

From the moment we enquired with Ray right up until collection of our Photos Ray was always available to answer questions and put our minds at ease, Ray has an amazing sense of humour and is so personable he just became another friend at our wedding and we can never thank him enough for what he has done.

Our Photos were ready in no time considering the amount of photos captured. The package we booked came with so many extras ensuring we will always have our special day at hand to look over. The quality of the album and prints is next to none we have been so amazed by everything it is truly amazing. I won’t and haven’t added the price we paid not because it’s a big secret but because Ray is so transparent with his prices you can have a look on his site there was no hidden costs yet he was definitely worth so much more.

Again I seriously advise to stop looking right now and add another friend to your wedding by the name of Ray.

Ray was superb from start to finish!! He was incredibly organised, which relieved a lot of pressure of wedding planning! During the church ceremony, Ray was very discrete and a number of church members commented on how he was the best photographer they had experienced. Ray got on great with our guests and the photos we have are wonderful. He captured loads of lovely natural moments but also made sure we had the bridal, family and group photos that we wanted. Ray also had knowledge of both our venues which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Ray!

Ray provided a brilliant service from our initial query all the way through to receiving our photos. He was super organised and made the whole process simple to follow.
On the day of the wedding he was a huge help, ensuring that we kept on schedule. He took some stress out of the day so we could enjoy ourselves, and always had a good sense of humour. He was also a dab hand at sorting our guests' corsages!
We are so happy with our photos and the amazing service we received. The additional items (a photo canvas and hardback photo albums) are also great quality. We would 100% recommend Ray to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Ray is the friendliest professional, and most talented photographer, there wasn’t anything that was too much trouble! He guided us through the day and felt like a friend we’d known for years. We would highly recommend him for any events .we’re over the moon with our wedding photographs exactly what we wanted (I’m hard to please ) he’s an all round great guy.

Ray was more perfect than we could have imagined! He became my 6th bridesmaid, helped me with my dress, ran around helping prepare for the day and rallying the important people. The photos are perfect and a piece of our day which we can treasure forever! Our album is perfect and filled with the most beautiful images of what turned out to be a perfect day 🥰 Thank you so much Ray for going above and beyond our expectations to make our day the best ever x

Wow, we don’t even know where to begin with Ray. We’ve had so many compliments from our wedding guests too!

When planning the wedding, honestly, a photographer was right at the bottom of our list. We thought; it’s an expense we really don’t need to make a priority, they’re just pictures, how much effort is needed surely our guests will get enough snaps!

Well let us tell you this - make Ray a priority and book him!!

After looking around for a reasonably priced photographer, because our parents insisted, we stumbled across Ray. He had a wide variety of pictures on his website and we actually recognised a few faces; he had been the photographer for some of our old school friends and after seeking their advice they couldn’t recommend Ray enough.

We remember the first initial phone call query with Ray and he was SO passionate about his work, about marriage in general and making sure we would have those cherished memories (should we choose him). As soon as we put the phone down we knew we had to have him.

There were so many contacts up until the wedding, emails, phone calls and face-to-face, it was amazing to build up that relationship with Ray. He listened, knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered.

All our guests complimented Ray and his involvement in the wedding. He made sure hiccups were hidden from the Bride, guests were socialising and he literally got a snap of everyone who was there - day and night. He introduced himself to guests and took photos of couples and families around the wedding breakfast tables; all without being intrusive or interrupting meals etc. We honestly don’t know how he did it! He got amazing action shots during speeches, making sure those special points were captured and fantastic shots of the children (and the late night dancers haha).

Honestly, hand on heart, he will be treasured in our hearts because his work is phenomenal and we get to relive those moments through his passionate work.

Thank you so much Ray; you really are such an amazing photographer and an all round approachable, thoughtful person. It was a pleasure to have you share our special day with us.

Finding a photographer for our wedding was quite difficult because they all had lot to offer. After narrowing it down to around 3 and speaking to them and looking at their packages and portfolio. We had no doubts we were choosing Ray to capture our wedding. From the first point of call he was friendly, professional and approachable. He answered all our questions and was very quick at responding back to us. Through the whole process from booking him, to the lead up to the wedding he kept in contact with us and we had consultations to make sure that on the day went perfect. And by far it did thank you to Ray! He was so friendly with our guests and made everyone feel a part of the wedding. The photos are absolutely perfect I'm so glad we chose Ray. Our package includes photo album, memory stick and large canvas. It's absolutely beautiful exceeded our expectations. We will 100% recommend using Ray. He's so easy to get a long with and I feel on your wedding day you want to be able to get a long with your photographer. He was like a bridesmaid, he made sure everything ran smooth on the day from making sure my dress looked good on photos to even sorting out guests button holes! We will be using Ray in the future for upcoming important events. Me and Dominic can't thank you enough Ray. Keep up your hard work you're amazing!!!
