  Every penny spent worth a million more!

  We are so totally and completely in love with our photos. Vanessa and Emotive have done more than we ever thought possible - managed to perfectly capture the spirit of our day which I hope they felt was full of love, joy and laughter. That is certainly what comes through in our photograph's. Her skill in capturing images, and personalities and those tiny special moments in time without ever feeling intrusive - and please don't take this in any other way than with the love intended, but I don't actually remember seeing her at all on the day, apart from our more formal shots! That's true skill and artistry. And absolute quality. We're blown away. Don't even get me started on how she captured the kids. We cried happy tears when we saw the pictures of our nieces and nephews, bridesmaids and guests.
  Truly exceptional reportage style photos, and worth every single penny and more.

  Wedding Oct 2024

  Vanessa was the photographer at my daughters recent wedding
  She has caught some lovely moments on camera and knew exactly was she was doing and where to get the best photos in the best light
  Very quick with getting a selection sent over to look at whilst the rest were added to your own personal file which gives family and friends the opportunity to access and view too

  Our Autumn Wedding captured by Vanessa at Crimson Sky!

  Vanessa captured our autumnal wedding in October at The Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross. From our very first email enquiry back in 2023, through to our wedding day in 2024, Vanessa always promptly answered our queries, and provided us with a wealth of information ahead of our day. She was incredibly flexible with our formal shot requests, and managed to co-ordinate our whole wedding party for our post ceremony photos effortlessly, and we did not feel rushed or pressured. Vanessa captured our ceremony beautifully - and we did not even notice she was there as she was so professional with keeping a close but discreet distance. Our toddler son did not want to participate on the day, and so at first I felt sad that we had barely seen him, but then we saw how many photos Vanessa captured of him interacting happily with our family and friends, and for that we cherish these photos. Vanessa also captured our daughter’s cheeky personality, and lots of different angles and shots that we wouldn’t have even thought of capturing on the day. We were truly blessed with what felt like the only sunny day in late October, and I was so pleased that we found a beautiful area in the hotel grounds with autumn leaves on the ground in the background of our bride & groom shots. Also, another beautiful touch was the personalised heart shaped USB stick with our name & wedding date on! We can now showcase it as an ornament too. Thank you once again Vanessa!

From the moment she arrived, she exuded professionalism, creativity, and a genuine passion for capturing memories.   Vanessa was the best photographer we could’ve asked for! She was calm and didn’t make us feel uncomfortable with any poses either.
