Helen England is the best photographer ever!
Helen is the most incredible photographer and one of the loveliest people ever. We are so fortunate that she was available for our wedding day and cannot recommend her highly enough. Helen's love of photography is evident, both when you speak to her, but also evident in any photos of hers you see. I remember visiting a venue at the early stages of our planning and perusing an album of hers. I knew right then that she would be the perfect photographer.
Throughout the whole process, Helen went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right, from our very first Zoom call to us receiving the album. Before the day, Helen came to the church to check logistics and parking and also sent a lovely message the day before to check everything was ok.
When planning the day, Helen was invaluable with sorting timings. She always responded to emails quickly and answered all the many, many queries we had. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and we owe so much of that to Helen. Having Helen around felt like she was one of our friends/family we had known for years. She made everything so much fun and brought extra sparkle and joy to an already very sparkly and joyous day! The final slideshow and album was the icing on the cake with hundreds and hundreds of stunning photos capturing the joy and magic of our wedding day. Amazing wedding photographer
Helen photographed our wedding in May and what can I say, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We booked the wedding two years in advance and I had found Helen on Instagram and loved her photos. We had an initial meeting and we instantly knew we wanted her as our wedding photographer. She is so friendly, warm, funny and made us feel very comfortable and was like talking to a friend. As someone who spends most of your big day with you, this was very important to us.
In the run up to the wedding Helen had great communication, keeping in touch and sharing her guide with us.
On the wedding day, Helen was just amazing - she brought so much energy and fun and was such a joy to have around. All our guests loved her. She was so enthusiastic and cared so much about getting us the perfect photos. I really wanted some golden hour photos and we were so lucky the weather was on our side on the day. Helen had scouted out the perfect location to get the best golden glow photos.
We received our photos quicker than we thought and oh my goodness we are obsessed. They are absolutely amazing and everything we could have hoped for. Helen captured the day so perfectly and caught the best natural photos of our guests enjoying the day. All our guests said they didn’t even notice her.
Thank you SO much for everything we are so thankful and couldn’t recommend you enough!

We cannot thank Helen enough for everything she has done for us on the lead up to, on our wedding day and everything thereafter.
Photos was one of the most important parts of the day for us as it is something you can treasure for life and re-live the day over and over with generations to come.
Gary and I attended several wedding fairs and met with numerous photographers, but as soon as we met Helen, we knew she was our photographer!
Not only because of her stunning work but also because she is so kind, genuine and down to earth. She made us feel completely at ease, it wasn’t just about ‘getting the job’ for Helen and each time we saw her at an open day we would often spend hours chatting.
Helen was incredibly helpful on the leadup to the wedding helping us find suppliers, recommending people/businesses and anytime I had questions or worries about an aspect she was more than happy to help where possible.
On the wedding day, Helens warm bubbly nature was observed by all our guests, everyone has complimented on how amazing and kind she was.
She fitted in as if she was one of our nearest and dearest and everyone felt at ease having their photograph taken.
Our bridesmaids, page boy and flower girl were all little ones and as everyone knows children can get very shy and nervous with all eyes on them.
Helen took the time to come down to their level and talk to each of them, she was great with the kids. Helen didn’t force them to stand in line or make them pose a certain way and as a result the kids all felt so comfortable having their photos taken and she captured some beautiful photos of them all.
Helens hard work and dedication really is reflected within our photos, they are truly stunning, and we cannot stop looking at them. They are everything we wanted and more!
Not only has Helen captured beautiful couple shots that we will treasure for life, but lovely photos of our guests enjoying themselves and all the small details that you spend hours creating, but as Bride and Groom you don’t get the time to fully appreciate on the day and so much more.
Due to the weather on the day, we ran slightly behind and we asked Helen if possible if we could add an extra hour on (at the very last minute) to capture some of the evening. Helen was more than happy to stay and the photos she captured of everyone dancing are amazing!
Shortly before Helen left us on our wedding day I asked if possible if she could send over some photos of my dad and I with our sneak peek so I could create a special Father’s Day gift for him, she was more than happy to do this and sent over a selection for me to choose from.
Helen’s work speaks for itself, she is an incredible photographer who is so passionate about what she does, and it is clear to see why she wins award after award. Helens attention to detail is impeccable, even the USB stick you receive with your photos on is stunning.
We couldn’t recommend Helen more highly and hope we have more family events in future where we can have Helen as our photographer!

The best photographer and person!
We knew we wanted Helen to capture our special day right from our initial consultation. Even from that first meeting Helen's enthusiasm and expertise shone through, making us feel like we were chatting all things wedding with a very knowledgeable friend!
Helen was amazing leading up to the wedding, helping to map out the timings for the day, whilst making sure we could incorporate all the small moments we had planned.
On the day itself Helen was spectacular! She brought a calm energy to the bridal party getting ready room and made us all feel comfortable having photos taken. During the ceremony and other parts of the day Helen worked discreetly and blended in - so much so that some guests did not realise she was the photographer! Yet she was always there when we needed her and never missed a moment.
Helen made us feel so relaxed, and made even the most formal of photos feel natural and fun. She captured the light, scenery and most importantly the feeling of love and happiness between everyone so beautifully.

Beautiful photos, amazing personality!
Thank you so much for photographing our beautiful wedding day! We have absolutely loved working with Helen, we had regular communication with her and even had an engagement shoot - by the time the wedding came round, it really felt like having an old friend shooting our wedding! Helen helped make the day run so smoothly and made us feel so relaxed. Her energy and enthusiasm was amazing and we loved how she always wanted to get the very best photos for us! We instantly clicked with Helen when we met for our initial consultation. Her enthusiasm is infectious, her creativity and ideas just blew us away. The whole experience from initially meeting to the contact after the wedding has been nothing but friendly and professional.
Helen has this incredible energy that added so much to our day. She was a real pleasure to work with….put us completely at ease! By the end of her time with us, it felt like saying goodbye to a close friend…I wasn’t sure how to ‘bride’ without her there! An amazing experience that we will never forget! The hardest part is going to be choosing which photos to display around our house…we may need to upsize!
We would recommend Helen to anyone. Super talented photographer & an insanely lovely person 🤍🤍🤍

Helen was the first photographer that was recommended to me, from finding her on instagram and loving her photos, it was clear I didn’t need look elsewhere! We hit it off at our first meeting, and then on the day it felt like we were always friends. She was amazing, everyone commented how lovely and approachable she was and how she made you relax in front of the camera. You can see how passionate she is about her photography and it shows in the final photos which I can’t stop looking at, she captured our special day perfectly so that we can relive it everyday.

We booked Helen for our wedding photography fairly quickly, I think we always knew it was going to work... Helen asked for a Zoom meeting, to help us decide whether we would like her style of photography, and we were sold straight away. We saw a few of her photos, and liked them, but mostly it was Helen's approachable personality and her clear passion for her work which sealed the deal. When we had our pre-wedding meeting, I can't describe how "at-ease" we felt. Helen takes photography very seriously! She did not leave any detail to chance, she wanted to know who would be where when so that she knew exactly which shot she could take and when she could take it. And yet... on the day, it felt totally effortless, Helen led the dance and we just followed along, we glided through from shot to shot without ever feeling fed up, posed, tired, wanting out of there. We spent so much of our day with Helen and it felt like we were spending it with a good friend. But the best was yet to come because when we saw the photos, there were everything we hoped they would be, and so much more. We can't wait to get in touch with Helen to order our album and printed shots. Choosing a photographer is such a bit step, take the leap and book Helen because you will not be disappointed.Helen England Photography's reply:

The Wonderful Helen England
It's not until your wedding day that you realise how much of the day you spend with your wedding photographer so when your photographer is kind, warm-hearted and completely joyful (as well as talented of course!), it makes a huge difference to the enjoyment of the day.
