Services Offered
The top priority of Ruairi Johnston Photography is to capture the day for his clients to revisit later. Those intimate moments between the happy couple, the sweet interactions with the new in-laws, and even the bad dancing. Ruairi understands that weddings are inherently beautiful, and works to honour that with his photography.
Various print and digital packages are made available to suit each clients requirements - for example if you want to publish your album on Instagram, Ruairi will send you files ready to upload. Nearlyweds are encouraged to contact Ruairi, set up a meeting and discuss how to have him help to immortalise their special day.
Slightly conversely, Ruairi is also a cunning graphic designer who can add some fun flourishes to shots to further enhance the character of your wedding. It might not be strictly reportage photography - but it's a valid extension of the imaginations of the individuals who are hosting the day, and it's fun, so Ruairi will happily add obviously unreal elements to some shots if it feels right.
Both Half Day and Full day Wedding packages now include an easily shareable bespoke video slideshow of the photos from the day.

Perfect!!! Could not recommend Ruiari any more highly!!
He took time to understand us and the vibe of the wedding we were going for (rustic, homemade, relaxed). This allowed him to fit seemlessly into our day and take amazing candid photos that no one even noticed were happening that told the story of the day perfectly and captured everyones personalities so well!
He was always in the right place at the right time(despite us being a little relaxed on timings).
The slideshow he made us was so personal showing such an attention to detail, from the backing music to pictures of my mum tinkering with decor (she did all our table decs etc) and a photo of us in the same spot as one I had shown him from my grandparents wedding (put alongside eachother in the slideshow).
Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he is a genuine, really good guy!
