Shelley Costello is an award winning documentary-style wedding photographer based out of Leicester, England. Shelley delivers beautiful, natural images that capture your celebration as it unfolds. She aims to preserve the fun, laughter and tears that occur throughout the day and which you can relive and cherish for a lifetime. Shelley takes your happiness very seriously and will provide an outstanding service from start to finish.
Services Offered
Throughout your wedding, Shelley will blend into the background, help with stray toddlers and even bus champagne glasses. This allows her to bring to life all the overlooked details. For weddings over five hours long, you will receive a complimentary pre-wedding shoot. The Ultimate package also comes with a handcrafted and personalised luxury album. Shelley does not watermark your images and each are carefully selected to suit your preferences and personality.

Captured our day perfectly!
We chose Shelly due to her documentary style of photography as we both aren't photogenic people. She captured our day exactly how I remembered it and its so beautiful to see how happy everyone was on our wedding which luckily we have the photographs to cherish. Such a wonderful lady as well, so friendly and made us both feel relaxed and she comes prepared to get the perfect shots :) Couldn't have asked for more as the photos are exactly what we wanted. PERFECT!

Absolutely perfect photography.
I used 'Hitched' to find a photographer, not knowing where to start to find the right one. I made contact with Shelley who was very responsive to my enquiry and after talking to her I knew she was the one. Her friendly and relaxed approach made me feel that she would be perfect.
On the day, Shelley was very professional and helpful, she even assisted the groom and best man in putting on their buttonholes upon arrival! She put my mind at ease when it rained, reassuring me that umbrellas would create an extra effect. She was right!
We loved her photographic style, particularly the natural photos and some funny ones of family members being caught "in the moment". She perfectly captured the day and sequence of events like a storybook in photos. We also loved the option of both colour and black & white photos within our photo gallery.
Our special day and memories have been preserved by the photos Shelley took for us on our wedding day. She did an amazing job and was great value for money. We would highly recommend booking her for your wedding day.

A gorgeous mix of posed and candid photos of us and our guests
Shelley was simply brilliant. We changed our minds about what parts of our wedding we wanted to be captured and how long we wanted her to be there a couple of times quite close to the wedding and she was always happy to adjust and fit with what we wanted. On the day itself she was really excellent at guiding us to take key photos at important points when we would otherwise have been entirely swept away with the festivities. We are absolutely thrilled with the beautiful photos she took for us - we have a gorgeous mix of posed and candid photos of us as a couple and some stunning photos of our guests enjoying each and every part of the day. We will look back on Shelley's photos of our wedding with big smiles for years to come. Thank you Shelley!

Fantastic photographer.
I chose Shelley as a photographer for my wedding as she came across as very caring and friendly.
My wedding was a small intimate family gathering.

Above and beyond amazing!!!!
Shelley was our photographer at our wedding in December last year and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was so helpful with the whole day too not just with the photos and went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much for her. We received the photos back so quickly and they were absolutely gorgeous exactly what we wanted. To top it off Shelley is just a kind, genuine person and it was a pleasure having her as our wedding photographer! We can’t thank her enough. Love Claire & George xx

Tailor made for our intimate wedding
Shelley made our day extra special. She tailor made it to accommodate our small wedding party (10 people). She made us feel comfortable even though my husband and I both don’t like having our photo taken. We have some lovely photos to remember our special day. Would 100% recommend.
