Sophie Bagnall Photography is a wedding photography service based in Staffordshire, England. I love meeting new clients and helping them show off their personalities and love story in each image I capture. You don’t need to be able to pose, just be obsessed with your partner. With a candid, photojournalistic style, I will be ready to document your special moments with the utmost care. If you're looking for an easygoing photographer to memorialize your big day in a down-to-earth, natural manner, I will make sure a wonderful fit.
Services
I offer three different wedding packages to suit various needs, wants, and budgets. I am happy to travel to venues throughout Staffordshire and beyond. During a couple's big day, I will photograph each moment free from forced poses. Your final images will be sent to you through an online gallery for easy viewing and sharing.

What does the wedding package include?
I have three wedding packages that cater for different budgets and lengths to be covered. Please get in touch to see these
How far in advance should I contact you?
I would suggest looking at booking a photographer at least 3 months before your wedding day. This ensures we have availability. Although I have had a booking just a week before!
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
No
Can you travel?
Yes, i cover Staffordshire.
I do travel but an extra charge on top of your package for mileage will be added
What is the charge for travelling?
I charge £35 per hour travel.
If I am travelling more than two hours, on a full package I will also include a price of a bed and breakfast. I sometimes don’t finish a full day until gone 9pm

What kind of technology do you use?
Digital
Do you use a specific technique or innovative approach?
I like to become one of the family, I am quite a easy going person and will happily sit and chat to anyone!
I find that being relaxed and in the background gets the best emotion in the photographs
What kind of equipment do you use?
I always carry two cameras, lighting and I always have a double decker chocolate bar in my bum bag
Do you offer any tool to display the photos online?
Yes, i have a online gallery where you can share your photos with friends and family, and you can directly download from there
What's the delivery time for a photographic report?
2 months
Do you send all the photos taken?

Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

In case of unforeseen circumstances, do you have a replacement photographer?

Couldn't be happier
Sophie was great from start to finish! She was so on our wavelength and made us feel so comfortable. My husband was not really bothered about the photos but Sophie really made it easy for us. So quick and efficient too. She caught some really special moments. Highly recommended!!

The One & Only Choice
Sophie was our photographer for our wedding recently. I was nervous as I’m not photogenic so having photos was a really big concern for me. Sophie’s warm, humble and down to earth personality made everything so easy. Her talents are second to none. We wanted some portraits but mostly wanted candid photos and she put us all at ease. She has done the most fantastic job and I really couldn’t recommend her enough. Have uploaded some pics which we received as a sneak peak the day after our wedding and so excited to see the rest.

Amazing photographer!
We have known Sophie since we started having Christmas photos taken with our children, she captured our newborn photos so of course when she started doing wedding photos we wanted her for those too!
Soph has an eye for those natural photos as well as the more standard family pictures that everyone wants from their big day.
She is amazing with children too and knows how to get the best out of young unwilling models!
Our wedding photos will be cherished forever and I would recommend her to anybody.

Amazing from start to finish
We booked sophie for our wedding in August 2024. We had her from 8am - 8pm for an amazing price! She has a fantastic personality and she felt more like a friend than just a " photographer " she made me feel at ease all day, she made us laugh alot! And she made everything stress free. It rained very heavily all day and i was absolutely gutted! Sophie contiusly reassured me that we can still have the photos i desired. And after receiving my photos i am actually pleased it rained, the photos are absolutely beautiful standing in the rain! She did a fantastic job we love every single photo she took! I would absolutely recommend sophie for your wedding!

Excellent experience
Sophie is a wonderful person, down to earth and we had such a giggle on the day! She put us at ease, co ordinated shots so we captured all our memories to keep..
Sophie had actually stepped into the breach for our original photographer, a colleague who understandably couldn’t make our day having just had her beautiful baby! Although our booked photographer is still editing our full gallery, Sophie went above and beyond with sneak peeks, giving us way more sneak peaks than we were expecting super quickly. We were so happy to have her with us on our day and would recommend her 100%

Absolutely brilliant!
Sophie is a very professional, friendly and talented photographer. She worked around all of our requests and needs, nothing was too much trouble. The most amazing photographer

Family photography
Sophie has photographed my children since they were newborns, she is very patient and has a calming relaxed manor and she made me and the whole family feel comfortable comfortable.
