The Creative Wedding Agency is an award-winning UK based studio that was founded in Manchester in 2014 by Jonathon Kay and Victoria Kay. We are a happy couple with over 20 years of combined experience in photography, video production and film. Our aim is to provide you with stunning photography and video that will create a lifetime of memories of your special day for you and your family and friends.
We are honoured whenever customers choose us to capture one of the most important days of their lives. It’s great responsibility and we treat it as such. This isn’t business as usual; this is a sacred event that we have been entrusted to document.
As much as we value our photography and videography, we care just as much about you. We make every step of the process effortless and uncomplicated. Our products and packages are simple and easy to understand without any hidden costs or compromises. We invest in each of our clients. Creating a genuine connection is important to creating genuine images. Our goal is not only to provide our couples with beautiful images but also to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the wonderful experience of your wedding day.

5-hour coverage - £595 for photograohy and £695 for videography - all day packages available also, which include ceremony, family and couple shots, speeches, candids, online gallery, disc/usb of images, and pre wedding shoot

Dream Team!
Chelsea and Jake were an amazing team and exactly what we wanted from videographers. They worked seamlessly with our photographer to make sure everyone got the shots they needed, and never made us feel uncomfortable or posed. They were both chatty, friendly and relaxed - important qualities when I was getting into my dress and ready for the ceremony (especially when putting my earrings in took 10 minutes because my hands were shaking!) I never felt rushed, or stressed.
They engaged with our guests, fit right in with our friends and even did a spot of dog-sitting for us! Their communication was amazing, and made everything feel effortless.
All the way through booking, Jonathon was efficient, professional and friendly, answering any and all questions I had as soon as I’d finished asking them!

The perfect team to capture your perfect day
We could not have been happier with our service from the Creative Wedding Agency. Jonathon and Vikki helped arrange videography and photography to capture all the important parts of the day, and assured us that their team would be professional and provide us with a beautiful highlight video, full video of the ceremony and speeches, and a gorgeous photo set, and they did not disappoint! Gorgeous natural photos which really captured the mood and feel of our special day.
On the day itself the team were excellent - and we could tell how experienced they were. They were friendly and professional and put everyone at ease. We were able to enjoy our big day without any stress or worry. Picking a team to video and photo your wedding is a big decision for a couple to make, and you want to be sure you are putting your faith with the right people. Highly recommended
Vikki and Jonathan were just what we would have hoped for for our day. Before the day they listened to exactly what we wanted, they were friendly and approachable. Our wedding was turned upside down in the middle of the pandemic and they were so flexible, reassuring us as to what they could still do for us despite all the restrictions. When we received the final photos and video we couldn't have been happier. I would recommend them to anyone ❤

We booked the service of a video for our wedding day. We already had a photographer booked (they worked incredibly well together and neither seemed to compete with the other which was lovely)
Initially, when booking my videographer, I found Jonathan to be so professional and responded so quickly to any queries or questions I had. No question was too small.
On the day, we had 2 videographers turn up on time. Well prepared and I was very impressed they brought a drone too. It made for beautiful footage.
I rarely noticed them on the day which was good. They blended in and that’s exactly what we wanted.
I received our video in good time. I made a few requests for edits which were done in good time and to exactly how I wanted. I’m so glad I got a video of our wedding. It was done exactly how i wanted. I recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you.

Vikki was amazing from start to finish. She was so friendly and professional. Vikki kept us posted about everything asking us about everything we wanted and made sure we could fit everything in the day. She thought of everything even if it was to rain on the day, which for us it did but that didn't stop her from getting shots of us outside, confetti shots inside and even our sparklers in the evening.
When we got the photos back they were incredible and everything we wished for and made us want to do the day all over again.
Thank you so much again Vikki for capturing our special day that we can cherish forever. We would definitely 100% recommend The Creative Wedding Agency to anyone.

The two videographer who came where very friendly and approachable.

Amazing videography!
Amazing videography! Chris captured our day perfectly and Vikki did an outstanding job of putting everything together. What a talented team! We loved how they captured all of the memorable moments, timing the backing music brilliantly and we received so many compliments about our snapshot/ preview video! It was wonderful! Vikki & Jonathon are an amazing team! From the minute they arrived the morning of our wedding we knew we were in the best hands. Their professional & calm manor put our nerves at ease but their fun nature kept us smiling all day- which was amazing for the pictures!! We were so delighted when we got our pictures & video back we couldn’t believe how amazing our day had been captured - and we haven't stopped watching it since!! Jonathan and Vikki both photographed our wedding in Majorca and were absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. They were really friendly yet professional and asked us what photos we wanted to capture as well as offering usual options so we definitely got what we wanted and covered all bases.
Before the wedding day we went over our schedule to make sure we knew where the photographers would be and when to fit in with the list of photos we wanted.
During the whole ceremony and throughout the evening they were really discreet but all of our guests commented on how thorough they were being.
We wanted a lot of candid photos capturing our guests in natural poses and when we've got the end results, that's exactly what we've got!
We couldn't be happier with the results and have had many people comment on how amazing our photos are!
Overall the service and quality of the photos was incredible and we cannot fault it.

These guys were brilliant from start to finish. We chose them because they seemed to specialise in the reportage/candid style that we like, and we couldn't be happier with the results. On the day, we had 3 photographers who were all really friendly and helpful. Prices also seemed really competitive to me.

Fantastic!
We absolutely love all of our photos and videos from both our pre wedding photoshoot and our wedding day!
We were also very impressed with how quickly we received our images and videos!

Professional yet personal
I opted for the 8 hour videographer and photographer package and It didnt disappoint.
I was married in Ibiza and nothing was too much trouble for them, I was given a form to complete prior to our wedding which focussed on what type footage and photos we wanted captured on the day and what family images we wanted, we didn't want to miss out on anything and wanted to make sure everything was covered, they found the most perfect spots for our couple shots alone on the beach, and everything looked so natural & not too posed.
They flew over to Ibiza from the UK and everything ran according to plan from start to finish, they captured every moment perfectly and the final video of our day was amazing, all of our family and friends were captured so we have some perfect memories to remember our day by we are forever grateful and so happy with our choice with The Creative Wedding Agency! Better than we could have ever imagined
Vikki and Jonathan are simply amazing. They made us feel so comfortable and at ease on our beautiful wedding day and we barely noticed they were there. Hello!
I am the Managing Director of Creative Wedding Agency and our sister commerical company North Star Digital.
I have 10 years experience in capturing weddings, from small elopments abroad to large four day multi-cultural weddings and events.
In our team we have specialist film makers, drone operators, slo mo pro’s, gimbal guru’s and discreet, dynamic photographers. The advantages of booking with CWA is that you are not just booking one individual, running the risk that they may be unwell or have an emergency on your day. We always have a high quality plan B.
Our aim is to provide you with stunning photography and videography that will create a lifetime of memories of your special day for you, your family and friends.
