The Wedding Gallery is a wedding photography business based in London, England. Photographer Talie takes a different approach to her craft, striving to avoid the typical practices of wedding photography. She endeavours to capture the unique atmosphere of each couple, crafting a beautiful set of images for each and every event. Talie blends the eye she developed through years of shooting fashion and music photography with candid and intimate portraiture to create stunning, natural wedding and engagement photography. Talie will ensure you receive a gorgeous set of images that reflects the authentic nature of your celebration and beautifully retells your story for years to come. After all, the crystallisation of everything you put into making your day special is in your photos :-)
Services Offered
The Wedding Gallery would love to host a phone or face-to-face consultation where you can discuss your vision for the special day - the more you can discuss in advance, the more you can relax and enjoy your wedding when the time comes. Talie also recommends booking an engagement shoot as they're a great way to get used to being in front of the camera before your big day, especially if you're nervous (and they're discounted by 50% when you book in conjunction with a wedding shoot).
Talie edits all images herself from her studio in London and is happy to travel to weddings throughout the UK and abroad. She likes to share a preview photo the day after the wedding, and the rest of the photos will be made available within a maximum of 6 weeks via a password-protected online gallery that you can share with family and friends. The gallery also allows you to mark your favourites, download high resolution images, and easily order prints and frames within the same platform.
All packages are flexible, so don't hesitate to ask for a guide price for your day. A second photographer is available if it's a big wedding or you feel you might like more coverage, and she's also happy to recommend trusted videographers.

Talie is a photographer and videographer who's known for her striking and intimate portraits. Her captures are bold and 3-dimensional - while very colourful, they remain warm and authentic. Norwegian-born and raised in France, Talie’s career took off in London. Her unique eye and candid approach have led her to work with a number of top publications and personalities. She often gets booked to photograph unusual weddings, and her skills allow her to adapt to any environment with ease and a sense of humour. Also multilingual - fluent French speaker!

Above and beyond service, and perfect photos!
She was really communicative and let me know the night before our wedding that all was in hand, so I didn't have to even think about anything. We got married at Old Marylebone Town Hall and Talie and Ben, the second photographer she arranged, were both the perfect photographers / guests / witnesses - they took lovely photos using different parts of the beautiful building (including the stone lions at the front, which I was desperate to sit on!) then we ventured out into the streets and they both used the London setting to create really special and unique images. We also fitted in a bit of celebrity spotting - I'm still convinced we saw Stephen Fry!
My husband does not typically enjoy having his photo taken, and I thought this might be even harder for him as the focus was all on us, but he actually had fun and enjoyed the experience, he was surprised at how quickly the time went.
Talie sent us an edited picture that day which we could share (for many people, that photo was how they found out we'd got married, as we'd kept it low key) and then we had a full gallery of amazing images within a few days - everyone who has seen them has commented on how lovely they are, and just perfect for us.
Because of the type of wedding we had, choosing the right photographer was even more important than usual, and I'm so happy it was Talie, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her, anyone who books her for their wedding can be confident that everything will go smoothly and they will have an amazing set of memories captured in their album.

Our initial choice to use Talie was based on her portfolio of amazing photographs but from the moment we met her on our pre-ceremony Zoom chat we knew we had chosen the right photographer. Talie is genuine, relaxed, charming and was immediately interested in what outcomes we had planned for the photos. We really did feel in safe hands and were able to relax and enjoy our day.
The photos we received really do speak for themselves and we are thrilled to have our day captured so well. To make it look and feel so effortless takes real class and many of our guests have remarked that they weren't even aware of Talie's presence, which is why she was able to consistently capture so many natural, candid, joyful photographs. Some guests even asked which side of the family Talie was from, so skilful was she in blending in!
We received a great variety of posed and 'in the moment' photos and the reviews from our friends and family are unanimously positive. Talie really did capture everybody in their best light and we couldn't be happier with the results. "Worth every penny", to quote one very close friend.
