Zest Photography in West Sussex will capture the images and look that you have always dreamed of with a distinctive, innovative documentary style that will perfectly encapsulate the essence of your wedding. Rod and Julie have been storytellers for weddings since 2005. Not in the typical sense though. They identify the drama and the romance, the joy and the intimacy. There is an absolute awareness that this story needs to be told and retold for eternity and this is what motivates them to give you the unforgettable beginning, middle and beautiful end of an amazing day.

Services offered

West Sussex takes some pre-wedding shots, get to know you and make you feel completely relaxed with their very friendly approach. In addition to two photographers on the wedding day, all photos are edited in high resolution and they will provide you with a USB as well as all of the following if required:

  • Post wedding shoot
  • Albums and mini albums
  • Photobooth
  • Unlimited number of photos
  • password protected online photo gallery for sharing and downloading
  • Large wall art piece in block, acrylic, canvas or metal
  • 50 prints in a photobox

Awful customer service

After photographing our wedding in july, Zest have pretty much pushed us aside and have no interest in us and our problems. We had a list of photos for them to capture, the top ones being the typical- brides parents, grooms parents, all parents etc. They did not follow the list (which we didn’t realise until 3 months after when we finally got our photos back). After emailing them to let them know our disappointment and give them the chance to apologise/give an explanation/give us a solution, they have ignored us on 3 separate occasions. Having no photos of us with our parents is unheard of at a wedding, and we’re so angry and upset about it that we’re willing to pay a different photographer, hair&makeup, dry cleaning for outfits etc, to take the shots that zest failed to take. Which is absolutely UNHEARD of. Imagine having to retake your wedding photos because the ones on the day weren’t what you asked for?!

Zest were so helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process, they gave us lots of hints and tips, from their experiences of being involved with weddings, that helped us to relax and enjoy the day in the way we wanted to. It was so nice to have pictures of both the bride and the groom getting ready before the ceremony and to have Zest there into the evening to capture all of the wedding. We absolutely love the pictures, the hardest part of the whole process has been picking the ones we loved the most to go into an album!
