Our Real Wedding

Our wedding was the most incredible day - exactly what I had dreamt about since being a little girl. Everything went perfectly, from the weather, to all our guests being able to attend (YAY!) It started completely chilled for me, yoga with my girls and a very relaxed breakfast! Our day was full of personal touches, to us and also for our guests. I walked down the aisle to our favourite song, which was played by my brother in law acoustic, a complete surprise gift to me from my now husband. Such a special moment. My vows to my husband included a line from another song that means a lot to us - one we were watching live at a gig when he decided he wanted to propose. We managed to include our sausage dog Barney in the day too - not by bringing him as he’s a bit needy but our wedding favours were little gingerbread sausage dogs, and were loved by the guests. Our table plan and table numbers were personalised vinyls, designed by my husband. Each band meant something to us but each track and other element in the design were personalised to the guests sat on the table. We have found ourselves printing more since the wedding as everyone was desperate for theirs! The speeches from both of our dads (not traditional we know) we’re amazing and emotional as was the groom and best men’s speeches. We then had an incredible evening with our roaming acoustic band and danced ALL night. It really was the best day.
