Our Real Wedding

Our wedding was set in the beautiful Old Mill in Aldermaston. With its stunning grounds, and still quirky surroundings, it was the perfect place to tie the knot.There is a dressing room upstairs in the mill that the bridal party used to get ready on the day, making it easy to oversee the decore and any deliveries. We got married in the stable rooms, a small Intimate setting, which 56 of out close friends and family. After the ceremony we headed across to the conservatory and grounds for drinks, outdoor games and photos. There where a lot of photos! With such vast and beautiful grounds, the photographers where having a field day!At 4pm more guests joined us for the bedding breakfast, set in the mill room. With long banqueting tables adorned with hessian runners, tankards of flowers and rose petals. We enjoyed a lovley barbecue buffet put on by the little kitchen company, which out gets loved. In the evening the conservatory was transformed into the disco room, so guests could sit outside or inside listening to the music and still being able to chat with each other, or they could be dancing the night away on the conservatory dance floor.It was a lovely day, with great company, tastey food, and in stunning surroundings.
