Our Real Wedding

Firstly, full disclosure we honestly hadn’t considered Shotton at first when we were hunting for a venue. After seeing other venues and not feeling it, we decided to have a look elsewhere and found it! As soon as we walked in and saw the place we immediately fell in love! It was us to a tee! Very reasonably priced too, we left and agreed it was the one! We ended up going for some lunch straight after seeing it and bumped into a close friend of mine and told her. She immediately said she had just been to a wedding there and the food was ‘outstanding’. That was deal sealed for us! On the big day, I arrived in such a flap, it was the most stressed I think I’ve ever been! But the lady that greeted me, helped me with my bags, dress etc and brought drinks to my room, it made me feel at ease. The staff were fantastic, walked me around the block for fresh air and even arranged my dress for me before I entered the coach house. Outstanding service! Everything was perfect from start to finish, flawless in fact. Everyone at the wedding said all staff were very attentive and most said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Planned to perfection. It was a day I’ll never forget.
