Tom and Cheyne 's Wedding in Uley, Gloucestershire

Our Real Wedding

We got married in the beautiful little village of Uley in the Cotswolds at Owlpen Manor. We wanted to get married in a beautiful part of the UK and came across Owlpen Manor which was everything and more for what we were looking for. The estate even has its own little church The Holy Cross as well as 9 cottages on the estate to house up to 40 guests along with the Manor House itself and a new barn to hold the wedding breakfast in. Our wedding couldn’t have gone any better than it did. The weather was lovely and sunny, the staff at Owlpen were fantastic, and our theme was owls of course! My mother-in-law arranged a surprise for us during the drinks reception and had arranged for there to be actual owls who came. All of our guests got to hold the owls and have pictures taken, along with canapés and drinks being served with a live acoustic band playing in the background it was just wonderful! We just wish we could relive the whole day again!
