Having organised booking the mezzanine level of the NAC, with two weeks to go, I realised I had nothing else organised. Flowers, decorations, little touches. Enter Loretta. Loretta and I spoke a few times, we came up with a colour palette and Loretta literally took care of everything. Loretta will leave no stone unturned. Caribou are so well connected in London and the UK that they knew all the vendors and the owner of NAC making it even easier for us to organise. Caribou also took care of our weddings, so have known each other for some years I cannot speak highly enough of Loretta and the Caribou team.

Loretta is a dream wedding and event planner - working with her was like working with a friend who we whole heartedly trusted and now who we are lucky to actually call our friend.

Her dedication and hard work in bringing our vision to life was truly exceptional. From the initial planning stages right through to the day after our wedding, she never hesitated to go the extra mile and make sure we were not just happy in the planning process, but also excited by the vendors we’d be working with. We were continuously blown away by her wealth of knowledge and experience planning events and navigating event logistics.

From day 1 (which included planning our engagement!), she made the entire planning process so smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. She handled every detail with professionalism and care, making sure that no request was too big or too small. We had a guests flying in from all over the world, ups and downs with the weather, tricky venue logistics - no matter what was thrown her way, Loretta handled everything meticulously and made sure we were calm and happy. Our guests were equally impressed by the seamless flow of events and the atmosphere her and her team created - our wedding was absolutely perfect and flawless and we still have people telling us to this day it was the best wedding they’d ever been to.

We were able to immerse ourselves in our special weekend completely with zero stress or anxiety and owe that completely to Loretta and the Caribou Events team - we are forever grateful and will have the best memories of our wedding for life. Endless thank yous!

We had Loretta as our planner and my gosh, she is phenomenal. She made us feel like we were her only clients, she gave us her undivided attention & helped my ADHD brain navigate planning our wedding. We’re from the UK and had planned for our wedding to be abroad in Cyprus. From our initial call with her I had a good feeling about working with Caribou. I went with my gut and I’m so glad I did. Loretta seamlessly organised everything you could think of from start to finish in such detail for 200 hundred guests, multiple vendors and an excited bride & groom and she delivered against last minute requests with ease.
