Best WEDDING PLANNER! You won’t go wrong with Claire!
This review is for Claire, mansi with CF Weddings Italy, the most amazing woman, and Weding Planner there could be.
I will start by saying I am an extremely organized, type , anal with detail, control freak. I love planning events myself and attempted to plan my wedding at Villa Cimbrone in Ravello from California. This was a three day event with a welcome dinner, the wedding, and the following day a farewell brunch. I did personally plan a good brunt of the wedding on my own, including securing the 3 venues and dates, and figuring out most of my flowers. This was in part because the hotel mandated we use their specific vendors. after I felt like I had much of it done I then felt wary of my plans being executed without a “day of person” and that’s my search for a wedding planner began. Up until hat point I was quite stressed, depressed and melancholy about my wedding, and when everyone asked if I was excited about my wedding to their dismay, I would say I can’t wait for it to be over and to Unfollow all of these wedding, inspirations and stuff and be done with all this planning.
I reviewed a bunch of Weding Planner’s interviewed a bunch as well, and came across Claire Mansi and she was the best choice by far. After securing her to be my day of coordinator, a few back-and-forth exchanges showed me that she actually had far more value than a day of planner. There was a lot more details that still hadn’t been confirmed and she took him over with ease and alleviated so much for my plate. She notified me of things I didn’t know. She had a beautiful eye for design and decor, and times for events. She was very budget, focused, and would scale me down when I would come up with more grandiose floral ideas, or Decour thoughts. She took the difficult and dreadful tasks of finding a photobooth and dealing with travel logistics from Napels to Ravello. Same with furniture for the wedding. When I showed her what I like but that is was too expensive she found the same for much cheaper and somehow got us a discount on top of that! Fortunately, although she is based in London, she travels to Italy frequently for other weddings and free of charge would stop by my venues for FREE, send me pictures and tell me what was necessary or not necessary without her I wouldn’t have had table cloths on some of that rusted old tables for my welcome dinner and brunch yet in the pictures from the hotel they looked beautiful and new. When I wanted fancy table cloths of runners, she simplified my design with cheaper decorative plates that looked far better! So much more I could say! She became a daily point of contact.
She was tremendous when it came to organization and timing of events. When I wanted the wedding to be longer and start earlier, she was very clear about the heat and time of day, and suggested the most perfect time for my wedding from start to finish. She kept us on track with the events. We had quite a lot going on with photography sessions before each event And she helped establish when they would meet us where the photo shoot to take place and even secured Best Buy rental for us and took care of my luggage from one hotel to the next so we could focus on our events during the wedding. She would urge me when it was time to move from cocktail to dinner and then out of dinner to reception from one area to the next that we would stay on track, this is very much needed. I got to completely effortlessly enjoy my wedding day from Makeup getting ready until the end of the night because I knew that Claire had every detail taken care of and would make sure everything got done and I got to gracefully go from pictures to the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the dinner and to the reception without an ounce of worry. I kept waiting to “get nervous” but I never was! Just happy and relaxed! She carried my makeup for me for touchup and brought my Reception Dress down to the reception area because my hotel room is quite far and she didn’t want me to miss any of my event.
She was extremely reasonable price. I happily tipped her so much, because I felt like her flat fee for what I had paid for regarding her services with insufficient.
She went above, and beyond with all of my guests, all 50 of them reaching out to them individually, asking about allergy dietary restrictions any special needs and helped so many with their individual travel logistics from trains to the airport taxi to the hotel, and make sure everyone got home. Everyone at my wedding knew Claire and asked if they could tip her personally too because of the help She provided each person.
Her communication is above all the best feature. Her emails are promptly responded to an end fact if you don’t respond to her emails she will chase you down via what’s app, text message, or zoom conference, to make sure every decision is what I would like, and everything is decided upon in a timely fashion.
She was without a doubt, my favorite part of the wedding planning, and it was such a relief to hire her and relinquish all of my stress on to her plate. She took it happily a smile on her face. She felt like a mother to me from the get-go and throughout the last day, and I wish I could’ve taken her home to California with me , I have heard such horror stories of wedding planners, and I have the absolute opposite experience with Claire, she is a true angel, and truly cares about you, your wedding, your happiness, your budget, and will advocate for you with the vendors, if needed, if things aren’t going, how the bride invasions. All of the vendors also told me individually that Claire was wonderful to work with, and a pleasure to have on the team.
I also want to add that she speaks Italian, which was amazing and helpful, because my make up artist, my videographers, my photographers, florists, everyone mostly spoke Italian, and she had to translate quite often to help them understand my needs.
She kept in touch after the wedding. She loved my 10 year old daughter that came and very thoughtful towards her. The day after the wedding my daughter was tired at the farewell brunch because she had stayed up late and Claire offered to Check her into the hotel room and put her down for a nap so that I wouldn’t have to leave the brunch. After the wedding she emailed me to give her a big hug from her. She really touches your heart.
Lastly, we had so many vendors, plate rentals, photobooth, furniture, video, flowers, etc. everyone needed wires and each wire was €35 and it kept adding up. Claire helped us by paying them directly and we sent Claire one big wire to make it more seamless and help us save on fees. I just can’t say enough about every little way she helped and simply out of the kindness of her heart knowing her flat fee was not increasing per service or purchase. Even if every thing she did had a price tag on it it would have been well worth whatever cost!
