We honestly do not know where to start with this review! Especially as it looks as if everyone else has said it all before - Jen is just a wonderful, empathetic, kind, and overall fantastic wedding coordinator. She was not just coordinator on the day but helped with some organising throughout the year before too, and those lead-up meetings started to feel like therapy sessions! We really did feel like Jen became a good friend, and she truly, genuinely went above and beyond in so many different ways. I will especially remember the very well-timed hug she gave me the day before - it was a very difficult week, an immediate family member was too unwell to make it, I was newly pregnant, all of our family and friends had arrived at the house, and I was absolutely overwhelmed. Despite being surrounded by friends and family, Jen was the one who saw that I needed a big hug and a big cry! She generously offered to stay longer with us that day, way past her hours I’m sure, and she really was a huge crutch for us throughout the whole process. It will be the best decision you make to have Jen as your coordinator. We truly hope we meet again :)

If you are planning a wedding, look no further than Jen. So book her now; honestly don't even finish reading this review, just book her! Jen isn't just the person you want in your wedding organizing corner, its who you NEED! Jen was hired as a Day of Coordinator and also helped set up for our wedding in late August. She made the whole day feel effortless and radiated an aura of calmness and happiness that couldn't be manufactured. She was incredibly collaborative, actively listened, and had the kind of "can do" attitude you need during these stressful times. She's wonderful, professional, and immensely talented. I'm personally not sure what we would have done without her but Jen was also absolutely instrumental in making the weekend so special for us both. She was our safety net during planning, a source of constant reassurance and guidance and willing to be incredible generous with her time even before the wedding began. On the Wedding day itself, Jen was everything you could hope for from a coordinator; the glue behind which makes the day run smoothly, gently reminding ushers of their next step, resolving crisis calmly, providing reassuring smiles and offering us timely cups of water (& champagne!) as well as food and eve an emergency glucose tablet for the groom !

Jen is also just a fantastic person; she is truly kind and generous with her time. One senses she is doing this for the joy of weddings and putting smiles on the faces of the people that attend them.

Our whole experience of booking Jen as our wedding coordinator for our wedding on the Lizard Peninsula was outstanding. Even prior to our wedding day, she was so friendly and considerate with super quick communication and support with any queries we had and was so organised. Completely stress free knowing that our wedding was with a passionate planner who wanted everything to be even more perfect than we imagined - in EVERY detail. If you forget to think about something then don't worry you will be guided every step of the way, nothing is too much trouble and the communication updates were just what was needed to know everything is going to plan.

We can't thank our planner, Jen enough for all her hard work. She found the perfect venue, sending videos and meeting us zoom - it must have been stressful planning a wedding for a couple in a different part of the country that wouldn't be there until their wedding! Jen was as excited as we were and on hand at all times to answer any questions. From finding the venue to the finer details such as organising outdoor tent area, makeup, hair, flowers and bringing together the timings of everything so the day ran smoothly - we could not have asked for more! Jen even stayed on hand to help with confetti and photos on the day (we only had 3 guests!).

From our first telephone conversation we knew we’d all get along and Jen was the woman for the job. Professional, efficient, present but unobtrusive she was on top of everything from coordinating and liaising with suppliers, laying the tables on the day & organising everyone in the wedding party, our day went without a hitch. Jen was incredible in supporting us with our wedding from start to finish. In the weeks leading up to the day, she liaised with suppliers in organising both the oveall plan and all the finer details which meant that on the day we didn't have to worry about anything- we could just enjoy the day completely stress-free. Her communication has always been super quick, friendly and professional and we always felt safe that she was one step ahead! Jen was our on the day coordinator for our wedding held at my family farm, and she absolutely went above and beyond in every way. From the first video call we had with her we knew we were in safe hands, and every interaction since has been a genuine joy. Jen is solution focussed and nothing ever seemed to phase her which was so great because I was easily stressed during the planning process! Her services she provided were the best investment we made, as it meant we could enjoy the lead up as much as possible. Jen cares so much about all her couples but we just felt so special and like all her energy and focus was on us, which is such a fantastic skill to have when she's as busy as she is!

The only way to start this review is to say that Jen was reason that our day was as incredibly special as it was.

From the introductory call at the very beginning of working with Jen to the day itself some 18 months later, every consideration, stage and decision was thought of to the letter by Jen.

We were planning our wedding from London and needed someone with expertise and relationships in the area - Jen has those in spades! Over our time planning, Jen consistently stayed in contact with us over text and video call (and the occasional in person meet when we were in Cornwall!) but we never felt that Jen was over communicating. In fact, every time we spoke to her was a joy and important decisions were made after each communication.

Some Jen highlights include: taking us to our fantastic food tasting at Pencoose Pantry, sourcing a string duo 10 days before the wedding and picking up a bridesmaid after she’d got lost on a walk the day before.

We cannot thank Jen enough and we cannot recommend her enough. She is fantastic at her job, kind, fun and the only person who could have made the day as incredible as it was.

Jen was an absolute professional throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our questions or provide guidance. She was incredibly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring that every aspect of our wedding day was meticulously planned, which is very important when you are new to it. From coordinating with vendors to managing the timeline, she really gave us peace of mind that our special day was in safe hands. Most importantly she took the time to listen to our ideas and preferences to make our day as we imagined. On the wedding day she arrived early to make sure everything was in-place, which allowed us to enjoy our day stress free. Jens calm and composed demeanour helped alleviate any stress we may have felt.
