Annabel came to us via the venue we booked and I'm so so glad she did! Annabel knows weddings inside out and is such a help because you only want to do this once, she will make sure everything is accounted for and no detail is too small for her to help you get right! We had two consultations with her before the big day, and each one was helpful and guided us from vague ideas through to a formulated plan. On the day she even got stuck in to getting flowers arranged around the venue which was such a help since the bridal party was getting ready and the groomsmen were stand-up paddleboarding!
Annabel is worth her weight in gold, and we will tell anyone who listens!

We recently had the pleasure of working alongside Annabel from Weddings by Annabel at a beautiful wedding held at Holesfoot in Cumbria. As professionals, we've collaborated with many wedding planners, but Annabel truly stands out in her field.

From the moment we arrived, it was evident that Annabel had everything under control. Her attention to detail and seamless coordination was impressive. Every aspect of the wedding was meticulously planned, ensuring that the couple and their guests could enjoy the day without a hitch.

We had two calls with Annabel before the wedding and she has everything under control. She's calm and collected and funny with it. She helped James and I make rational decisions on parts of the wedding we were unsure on and was able to guide us through all our questions.
On the day, Annabel and her team were invaluable. From making sure we were all running to time, to making sure we had 10 minutes to ourselves after the ceremony, conjuring up canapes we were afraid of missing! to providing me with an escape from varying conversations to make sure I could eat my dinner, Annabel was fantastic.

We hired Annabel for our on the day coordination for our wedding at Silverholme Manor, overlooking Lake Windermere. The wedding was for 150 people. We hired her in the weeks before the wedding to help with the on the day coordination to take the stress away from our special day. When i first spoke to Annabel, i knew that she would be perfect for the job. She knew the wedding venue exceptionally well and the suppliers. She was practical, knowledgeable and above all enthusiastic! She was helpful on the day and helped make the day run smoothly. She was great with the wedding set up and ensuring everyone is sat where the needed to be in ceremony and for the wedding breakfast, organising suppliers on the day and making sure the day stuck to the programme! She was enthusiastic and i would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs help with their wedding! For such a special day, a helping hand is really essential!

Everybody NEEDS an Annabel at their wedding. We honestly could not recommend Annabel enough and I don't even know where to begin. Annabel is a dream and it was the best decision we made to have her as a coordinator for our wedding day.

Annabel immediately got our vision for our wedding day in our early video meetups and made us feel totally at ease. We chose to have a DIY wedding with the reception in tipis in a field- this meant that there were a lot of elements to come together so for us, it was essential we had somebody to ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. Annabel is incredibly knowledgeable about the local wedding industry and was quick to offer up advice and recommendations for various suppliers we were yet to book, and elements of the wedding we did not know where to begin with. In the lead up to the wedding, Annabel ensured that all of the suppliers we had booked were communicated with and were up to date with the schedule for the day.

On the day she was like the best type of fairy godmother/Mary Poppins/knight in shining armour you could ever imagine- she ensured everything ran smoothly, was quick to advise people on where to be and when, and went absolutely above and beyond. When things were running a bit behind schedule, Annabel ensured that all of our suppliers were primed and were up to speed- we didn't notice if there were any hiccups as Annabel made sure we were able to have the best time, relax, and had zero to worry about.

We finished the wedding feeling like Annabel is a true friend and part of us is sad that we won't have more regular meetups with her. We highly recommend Annabel- you will not regret booking her and make it the first thing you do!!
