We chose Cynthia as our wedding planner six months ahead of our March 2023 wedding and it was the best decision we could have made! She came highly recommended by our friends who had their weddings planned by Cynthia in the past and we understand why. Cynthia understood our vision perfectly, and her experience and contacts within the wedding market allowed her to suggest and identify amazing vendors that were just right for us, many of which we never would have thought of booking (for example, she suggested a Steel Pan Band to incorporate my Caribbean heritage – it’s the small details such as these which really makes Cynthia stand out as planner!) Cynthia's excellent working relationship with all of our vendors was noteworthy. She coordinated and handled all the meetings, timelines, and clarification with the vendors, resulting in no issues with any of them. Our venue also had an in-house wedding planner/coordinator who complimented Cynthia's work, noting how pleasant it was to work with her.

Cynthia went above and beyond on many occasions, including gifting us beautiful ribbons for our bespoke menus which complemented our theme, and cutting these herself! Helping me get into my wedding dress (which was no small feat!) and so much more.

On the day of the wedding, Cynthia and her team worked seamlessly with the vendors and venue. All in all, this resulted in us being able to enjoy the day without any stress, as we knew everything was handled. The day surpassed our expectations and was the most amazing day of our lives.

Cynthia is simply an incredible wedding planner with immense talent. My husband and I had the luxury wedding day of our dreams - we couldn’t have chosen anyone else to take us on the planning journey!

From our initial consultation, we were struck by Cynthia’s warm, positive and calming presence. We also appreciated that she was very transparent with her fee quote and responsive over email and WhatsApp. Her professionalism really stood out to us above the other wedding planners we considered.

This only continued throughout the wedding planning process. We had a fairly large wedding and wanted a lot of special/bespoke touches on our day. Both my husband and I are very specific with what we like and love to be all over every detail, which we appreciate could annoy some planners! Due to our busy jobs however we really would have struggled to manage everything and keep to deadlines ourselves. Cynthia kept on top of absolutely everything and she was in touch pretty much everyday with updates on her progress and key deadlines - her organisation skills are unmatched and I still don’t know how she does it whilst remaining so calm and upbeat! She really goes above and beyond to provide a top tier level of service. She has also clearly built very strong connections with a number of vendors in the industry which made us feel so at ease and trusting when it came to speaking with them and negotiating on costs.

On the day itself, again Cynthia was an absolute dream and we felt as though a friend rather than a “vendor” was with us. She even helped me to get into my wedding dress! We didn’t have to worry about a thing and if anything wasn’t going to plan behind the scenes we certainly didn’t know about it. So many family and friends said that we had the best organised wedding they’ve ever been to and highlighted Cynthia as such a friendly face on the day.

You really won’t regret choosing Cynthia as your wedding planner. We’ve recommended her to so many friends since our wedding and have seen lots of other couples pick her since. We cannot see her as anything other than a friend now and are so grateful for her making our experience as wonderful as it was!

Cynthia has a very calm and kind heated soul which is an essential for anyone working in the wedding planning business. We booked Cynthia for our traditional wedding in the summer after the second lockdown.

Cynthia and her team were so kind and caring throughout the day. A number of things didn't go to plan (as with any wedding), including some vendors arriving late or being stuck in traffic and having to implement an emergency wet weather plan but before I could even begin to stress about it, Cynthia had already calmly dealt with the sitution - in fact, she was the only person who could keep me calm that day.

Cynthia has a great way of dealing with vendors. The vendors came from a number of different backgrounds and age groups and some were more difficult than others. She was able to liaise with all respectfully and firmly to ensure that everything went smoothly that day.

Finally, where Cynthia really stands out to me compared to other planners in the business is with regards to her eye for detail and event design. As traditional weddings are done at home in my culture, we had to fit around 100 guests in my parents garden and the living room (which was no small feat!) Cynthia came round to my parents a few weeks before to draw a plan about where everything would be stationed (including the best angles for the photographer and videographer) and reassured us that all would work out. Thanks to her meticulous preparation, the event went off without a hitch and was so beautiful - I can honestly say it was one of my favourite days of my life so far.

Following our wedding a number of friends and acquaintances have gone on to book her services.

Having Cynthia as my wedding coordinator for the day was the best decision I had ever made! She was very efficient, had amazing communication and made sure to keep me calm in the last month leading up to the wedding. When my hairstylist cancelled three days before the wedding, Cynthia found someone else within the hour, showing how quick she works and she knows what she's doing!! Instead of adding to the stress, she takes it away and makes what could be a disastrous situation into a memorable experience.

She has a heart of gold and she really is talented at her work!
