We booked Donna as a partial planner and on-the-day coordinator for our initimate Hindu wedding, but truthfully we never once felt like she wasn't at the end of the phone to pitch in on any part of the planning process, whether it was connecting us with trusted suppliers, being a sounding board, keeping all our nerves and neuroses in check, and lending her creative genius to our wedding plans!

Donna was an absolute miracle worker - in fact we call her Donna "no problem" Winning. My venue was utterly transformed from a much loved local football club to , as one guest put it "the classiest of class acts . The beautifully presented and delicious food (shout out for that
succulent salmon) her delightful and thoughtful staff , the ideas , the production and vitally the meticulous attention to detail was just first class .

We needed an on the day wedding coordinator and came accross Donna Winning Events on Hitched.

Donna was quick to respond to my enquiry and we had a video call the same day to talk through what I needed. I had placed all my suppliers but wanted someone to take over the final bits and run the day for us in the same way I would if I wasnt the bride! Donna surpassed all expectations. She knows her job very well and she is very passionate about what she does :)

All comms are via a whatsapp group. I will highlight that you will need to be patient with DWE regarding responses as they do run a lot of events but they always come back (especialy if urgent) or send a placeholder comms. The week before the wedding the comms were excellent. I braindumped so many things last minute and Donna did all of it perfectly, supported by another member of her team on the day (Olivia)!

I had a clear vision and DWE executed it better than I expected. Donna looked after me all day too in a genuine caring way!

My husband and I brought Donna and her team in ‘last minute’ to fine tune the last major details of our wedding as it had become very stressful pulling it all together and we were running out of time.
Donna was amazing and took charge of all the tricky negotiations to bring our vision to life in spite of very tight protocols at our venue limiting what we wanted to do-she managed to slide around every obstacle, come up with great ideas for a love-filled and fun wedding theme and was super -efficient in communicating everything with us and her fees were very reasonable for all her hard work

Hiring Donna for our wedding was undoubtedly the best decision we could have made. We asked her to be our ‘on the day’ wedding co-ordinator to ensure everything ran smoothly, of which it truly did (and more)!

As creatives, we had a lot of DIY and personal items we had crafted for our wedding, along with some very specific playlists and carefully planned timings, all of which we would never have been possible on the day without Donnas incredible organisational skills and creative eye.

From the very beginning, Donna took charge of all the intricate details involving suppliers and the venue, freeing us from any worries or need to chase after anything. She kept us and the suppliers updated regularly with a fantastically organised event sheet, which provided a clear plan of action for the day and continuously put our minds at ease. On the actual wedding day, Donna truly was a superhero. Despite a few hiccups with the venue the day before, Donna quickly intervened and flawlessly restored everything to perfection. If any mishaps occurred during the day (as they often do at weddings), we were blissfully unaware because Donna had everything under control, ensuring that everything was executed perfectly. Not only did she attend to our needs as the bride and groom, but she also looked after our friends and family, ensuring they were in the right places at the right times and putting everyone at ease.
Everything seamlessly fell into place, happening precisely on time without us even noticing. Donna's friendly and attentive nature made her feel like a good friend and guest at our wedding rather than just a coordinator. She blended in seamlessly with the wedding party, and everyone loved her presence.

It is almost a year since our big day and we wanted to write to you and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us.

Every photo (and everywhere I looked on the day) had a special "Donna touch". You truly made our day beautiful. When we walked into our wedding suite at the end of the day and saw that you had made an arrangement of precious keepsakes from the day, I cried because it exemplified all the invisible hard work you had done for us.

It is unbelievable the level of excellence you put into our day. For everything to have run like clockwork in a fusion wedding with a gregarious crowd is one thing, but on top of this impossible feat, you found time to create beautiful cake arrangements, sort out the bridesmaid dresses, add touches to the table decorations, and so much more. Whatever anyone needed, you had up your sleeve. I don't understand how you did it, but you did.

Thank you for always being in our corner, looking after us through the day and having the right thing to say at the right time.

A year on, and we are happily married, looking back at a beautiful day and this is predominantly down to you and your team.

We hired DWE to plan and execute our wedding. I’m very particular with how I like things done and always strive for perfection. I didn’t think it would be possible to find a company who could meet my demands. I was wrong! DWE superseded my expectations. They were professional from the start and updated me regularly during the planning process. On my wedding day they took care of everything. I was blown away at the level of detail. Thank you Donna. 3 months prior to our wedding the on the day coordinator we had booked informed us they were not longer offering their services, naturally creating unnecessary stress. Little did we know this was a complete blessing in disguise. We reached out to Donna Winning Events and within a day we instantly felt relaxed and even happier with how things were going. Donna was so attentive that it felt like she’d been planning with us from day one.

As with any wedding communication is pivotal, Donna provided us weekly updates via WhatsApp and communicated with all our suppliers weekly from 6 weeks until the wedding day.

The wedding day, wow, due to classic British weather in August our dreams of an outside wedding were well and truly washed away. Donna and her team, Jessica, effortlessly took everything in their stride and made the most magical inside venue for us utilising all the decorations and flowers we had arranged.

Guests were moved around throughout the day and the wedding breakfast room was decorated exactly how we had dreamed.

If you want an effortless process and most amazing wedding planner then Donna and her team are the ones!

Made the lead up stress free, gave lots of ideas and where always contactable. We had the best day as I was able to completely trust them and relax!

Donna and her team were professional, pleasant and easy to work with from the start. They have great ideas if you're unsure or if you just need someone to bounce ideas off and then when it comes to a few weeks before they will just make the process of organising suppliers so much easier. We found the knowledge and relationships with suppliers really helpful when negotiating certain things, with our venue for example, and they just put what you want at the centre of their work. The day itself was so much smoother and easier because they were there and it was easy to enjoy the day knowing that they would keep things ticking along. Would definitely recommend as they're efficient, easy to work with and extremely good value for money (especially with the NHS discount!)

We hired Donna as “on the day” help but she was so much more than this. A month before our wedding she made contact with all of our suppliers and ensured that on the day we had no details to think about! This was by far the best money we spent and without her it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as easy for us. It’s a no brainier - hire Donna!
