We offer to take responsibility for:

•Ensuring everything runs as close to your itinerary as possible.

•We track the arrival of the baraat to ensure the family are ready to welcome them.

•We work alongside your photographer for the coordination of family photos.

•We make any announcements required through the event.

• On-call support for the couple!
We ensure to be the first point of contact for the couple on their special day. Ensuring you always look your best, keeping you in the loop with all vendor activity but ultimately allowing you to sit back, relax and take in everything.

•Family Guidance!
We will ensure to keep your family in the loop and coordinate for them to be in the correct areas when required.

•We will ensure that your guests are greeted and seated.

•We will liaise with the venue staff and DJ to ensure that the music is correct for the key moments.

•We support with last-minute emergencies.

•Support on the day before and after the event if required.

•Plus anything else you need support with on the day!
