At Fusion Events and Weddings, we offer you range of wedding management to arrange everything, from finding a venue and caterers to organising the invitations and seating plans to ensure that your most memorable day flows smoothly. We offer a wide range of services, including:

Full Planning - Perfect for couples that understand the overwhelming, stressful details involved in budgeting, designing and planning a wedding. Building a mutual trust is important to us and a key part of the early planning process. Together we will design, and plan your wedding day.

First Steps and Set Up - This option works well for couples that would like to tap into the skills, expertise and contacts that a wedding planner has, but wish to organise their day themselves. With so much to do to plan a wedding it can be overwhelming to know where to start. I will help you with your early stage planning, assisting with your venue search, key suppliers, budgeting and timeline. I’ll provide you with checklists and planning tools to guide you through the process and be on hand to offer advice. We will then catch up 6-8 weeks before your wedding to discuss all the details, and I’ll be there on the day to oversee set up, manage your suppliers and timeline.

Partial Planning - Designed for couples that have booked and contracted their venue and some of their main suppliers but would like to bring in a professional to assist with the remainder of the planning. At our handover meeting (which I suggest is around four months before your big day) we’ll review the suppliers you have on board and establish what tasks remain, then I’ll set to work completing your vision and bringing it to life.

Consultancy - I offer an hourly consultancy service, to work on specific tasks, or get you back on track with your planning.

Sustainable Weddings

We help couples plan weddings that are both memorable and sustainable.

There are some amazing, inspirational sustainable venues, but your venue doesn’t need to be fully sustainable for you to have an eco friendly wedding. Whatever the venue, we will start by looking at ways we can decrease the carbon footprint of your wedding without compromising on your vision.

We can help you to make a few eco friendly adjustments, sometimes big and sometimes small, making sure that your celebration creates lasting memories while not leaving a negative impression on the world we live in.
