We had our original wedding planner pull out last minute due to family & we reached out to Victoria on Facebook. We just want to say thank you so much for being there on our big day. Nothing was too much and she was very good at thinking of the little things that we hadn’t even thought of ourselves. My dress got slightly creased just before i put it on and sure enough Victoria had a steamer handy. She was very good at keeping me updated while I got ready and it definitely helped lower my anxiety. Cannot recommend her enough. Lots of love Amy & Liam xx

Caroline is just the best there is, and the most professional, kind-hearted person I've ever worked with. She worked with us through the whole process, making it an incredibly fun and joyous experience, and helped us create a tailored, luxe, fairytale wedding. She immediately captured the essence of our relationship and helped us make decisions that made the day feel like us. Everyone was blown away with the day and with her, specifically! She is extremely creative and has luxe and upscale taste with a refined eye, while also being able to look at a budget as a whole and make sure that everything we were choosing made financial and logical sense. It was a perfect pairing for us, and we felt that the collaboration led to the best day of our lives, with no surprises regarding payment or with our vendors. She is flexible, thoughtful, and an open and honest person, and we were consistently blown away by her. She is brilliant top to bottom, and more than anything, she is a GOOD person!!! You will just love her as a human being. I am so sad the experience is over for us, but know that she will be a friend forever, and our wonderful memories of the day are a thanks to her. You will feel so lucky to get to work with her!!

Vanessa was amazing from the first meeting, helped me through the entire process as I was so laid back and flowers was a “oh anything” Vanessa helped me choose options that worked with the venue. Dressing of our entire venue was done by the team and looked amazing couldn’t ask for a better person to be part of your big day. And our stationary was amazing and all blended with our theme perfectly

We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and having Stacey and Ali there on the day meant we could enjoy our day to the absolute max! From our very first meeting, it was clear that Stacey was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention that we got on like a house on fire! Stacey was on hand to help with our planning when needed, I booked in a power hour call about 9 months out from the wedding which was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with planning. We had our final details call around 2 weeks before the wedding and it was the best feeling to hand over all of our suppliers to Stacey at that point, knowing it was all in hand and she knew exactly how we envisioned our day running. On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stacey and her team, and if you are considering getting a wedding co-ordinator, just do it! Thank you for making our wedding day unforgettable! Mr & Mrs G

Anna and Jonathan helped us plan a slightly unconventional wedding with an intimate ceremony followed by a big party on the same day. We wanted help with planning the day so that the transition between ceremony and evening do was seamless. Having Anna and Jonathan on the other end of a text or a video call was invaluable. They made sure we were on the right track, suggested ideas we'd never thought about, and they gave us the confidence to make decisions that created our perfect day. We had a lovely wedding that went without a hitch, and Anna and Jonathan played a big part in pulling that off. They're both friendly and enthusiastic, and we can highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!

Ruth was very friendly and professional. I planned my wedding in 3weeks which was stressful enough, however, Ruth went above and beyond to make sure that we had exactly what we wanted and pulled out all the stops to make sure that our day was as special as we expected. We planned to have our ceremony outside, however it was raining on the day, which meant the plans had to change last minute, which Ruth took care of, no one would have known we hadn’t of planned to have an inside ceremony, the room was decorated beautifully. I would 100% recommend Ruth Mundy Weddings to friends and family.

We cannot say how glad we were that Syreeta was a part of our wedding day. We first met her when our original venue took her on as a wedding coordinator and to say it was lucky that she appeared is an absolute understatement! From day one Syreeta was friendly, approachable, professional (and we think perhaps wonder woman in disguise)! She saw us through a number of postponements due to covid (which included her doing lots of liaising and negotiation between us and our venue on our behalf) and even at the point we weren't able to use our original venue where she was working, she was there when we needed her to give us ideas, help us out when things went wrong and share her expertise. When everything changed again she ensured that we could use our original venue for part of the day and she went above and beyond to make our time there absolutely special with so many little thoughtful details which we weren't expecting and were all her own doing. Syreeta is thorough and an absolute perfectionist - she won't stop until she is sure that you are happy (and even if you are happy, it's likely that she will still want to adjust things to get things just right and in line with her high standards!). We're just so lucky that our paths crossed with her and that we were able to have her as part of our day in the end. We can't wait to watch her wedding and events business grow and to see her making so many couples as happy as she made us!

Abbie at Cappuccino Rose was fantastic in every way and we cannot thank her enough for being our on the day wedding Co-ordinator. Through every step of our wedding planning she was professional but so friendly and kind and we had full confidence in her going into our wedding day meaning that both us and our families could relax and enjoy the day. Abbie managed our day to perfection, checking in with the suppliers, letting us know that everything had been set up as planned and making sure that we both had everything we needed. She also made sure that the day ran like clockwork giving my brother our MC nudges when it was time for him to make an announcement. She also crucially made sure that my big secret of singing waiters remained a surprise for everyone including the groom and managed logistics of food timings, lighting arrangements etc. We cannot thank you enough Abbie for being so incredible and for making our day a dream!
