We are offering our standard on the day coordination package for £550.00 if booked before December 2024 for all weddings between November 24 and April 25.
Our package includes:
- One planning meeting at the time of booking.
- Support finding those perfect suppliers at time of booking.
- 6 weeks before your wedding a meeting to find out all of the details.
- Unlimited phone calls, texts and emails.
- Confirmed running of your wedding day schedule ready for all your suppliers.
- Emergency Kit bag
- On your wedding day an agreed amount of time (normally 9am until after your first dance).
It is impossible to list all of the things we do on a wedding day but it normally includes the following:
- Meeting all your suppliers on site.
- Turning on generators and toilets (marquee/ tipi weddings)
- Popping buttons holes and corsages on
- lighting candles
- Moving chairs
- Preparing bouquets out of water
- Helping with dresses
- Moving flowers from ceremony to wedding breakfast
- Coordinating ceremony entrance
- Supporting with music
- Liaising with catering/ venue event manager to ensure smooth running of service
- Taking videos which will be sent to you the day after
- Moving decor items
- Moving gifts and cards to a safe place
- Supporting photographer with group photos
- Fluffing dresses
- Sorting veils
