As your wedding planner, I work with you to create an unforgettable celebration that perfectly encapsulates what matters most to you as a couple. I offer honest guidance and expertise, allowing you to relax and enjoy the excitement of your engagement.
My approach to wedding planning is centred around you. I offer completely bespoke services and tailor my involvement in your wedding planning journey to offer the level of support that suits you as a couple. Just like my couples, each of the weddings that I plan are entirely unique, and the service that I provide will be completely bespoke to your individual requirements.

Holly Butt Wedding & Event Planning can offer a range of different options when it comes to planning your perfect event. My full service encompasses every aspect of your event planning experience from sourcing the perfect venue and suppliers, managing your budget, creating and delivering a bespoke design and styling concept and managing the logistics of your day. You'll have contact with me, regular meetings and committed support throughout to ensure a completely seamless and stress-free process.

Simply the best wedding planner you could ever want - Holly will make sure your day is perfect
When we found Holly, we knew she was the only person we wanted to plan our special day! It was clear from the outset that every wedding for Holly was unique and she really took the time to get to know us as a couple and get to know our vision for the day. Nothing was too big an ask for Holly, whatever your dreams for the day she will make it happen.
One of the advantages of having an amazing wedding planner is that they often think of things that you may not have considered. With Holly she was so amazing at pointing us in the right direction in terms of considering logistics or introducing us to incredible suppliers that she knows we can rely on. When it came to the wedding weekend itself Holly was beyond perfect in making sure our day ran seamlessly and advocating for our vision with suppliers to make sure plans didn't deviate.
With Holly helping to plan your wedding you will be able to focus on the things that matter and enjoy the process. We both loved our meetings with Holly and it helped us to get excited in the countdown to the big day. She will take your ideas and run with them - becoming your biggest cheerleader along the way. A perfect example of this is when we spoke about how we wanted a club style entrance to our evening reception and cake cutting, something Holly coordinated perfectly (see the photos for yourself!).

Lifesaver!
Holly was the wedding planner we didn't know we needed! She calmly steered us through the unknown during the planning, helping with complete professionalism at a particularly tricky hiccup and then on the day she was utterly fantastic. You simultaneously didn't realise she was there, but she was also always there. Particular skill being handing out the champagne to us regularly. She was no nonsense with our suppliers, proactive in her communication and really switched on. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

I can honestly not give Holly enough praise. From the moment we meet we felt welcomed and understood in what we wanted to achieve for our day.

Communication was perfect, we were in constant talks with the lead up to the wedding. The week of the wedding Holly was just incredible with anything that came up or needed organising. The stress was totally taken away from us.

Holly was an absolute star from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, she took our scattered ideas and effortlessly crafted the perfect timeline. Above & beyond!
It’s really quite difficult to put into words how wonderful Holly is & the impact she made to our day.
From the moment we met Holly, myself and my now Husband felt so at ease and that we were chatting to an old friend. Holly understood our vision, gave so much advice, tips and general guidance to ensure our day was perfect - and that it was!
The day before and on the day of, Holly was a friend, working behind the scenes to ensure everything ran smoothly which allowed us to have the most perfect day - even running back & forth to grab my second shoes & even help me take my petty coat off to enjoy dinner more!
When we think back at our wedding day, we’re filled with so much warmth & love with all our friends and family still a year on talking about the day - a lot thanks to Holly.
