We took inclusive events on a couple of weeks before our wedding (very last minute) and booked the coordination package. We found them through a recommendation from a friend of ours and it has to be said, we couldn’t be happier! After having two consultation calls outlining our vision, the structure of the day and how we planned everything out, they were able to help us organise everything and implement what we wanted with the venues and the vendors we hired. The wedding day went so smooth and we were able to totally relax on our big day. All the issues that arose were dealt with so swiftly we didn’t even notice there was an issue to begin with. Our wedding was full of personalisations so a large scope for hiccups but I can say without any hesitation it was the best day ever thanks to Zoe and Harleigh! All we had to do was drop a list of instructions of what we wanted and how we wanted it, the rest was up to them. They helped us with timings, preparations, herding our 120 guests and coordinating everything from meet and greet, pre drinks, venue set up, confetti moments, speeches, entertainment and catering, which was no small task as we had three separate venues to navigate; each with different requirements and vendors. We even had some technical aspects to deal with as we live streamed our wedding across the venues, had video game stations, laser light shows and ceiling projections. They helped us from start to finish and guided us through some of the logistics of things we hadn’t even considered. They blended in seamlessly with our wedding theme and the guests loved them. So friendly and approachable but still managed to delicate and manage effectively.
