  The Single Greatest Choice We Made for Our Wedding

  When we were looking for on-the-day coordinators we weren't totally sure what we were after, all we knew is we wanted someone to help alleviate the stress of organising our wedding day and make sure we didn't have to spend all our time on the phone organising suppliers.
  
  Zeleka and The Wedding Coordinators went so far above and beyond our request, that I am not sure we have the superlatives to describe how incredible they were. From the initial outreach call we knew we had made the best choice for our special day. Once we hit the 6 week mark it was all systems go from TWC. They met us at our chosen venue and had an entire gameplan already laid out for us. During the first meeting with the venue they came prepared with a number of questions and requirements for the Kew Gardens team, and we were deeply impressed with everything they had thought of to get clarification on. They worked closely with the incredible Events Team at Kew to organise the day for every single supplier, down to the minute. They even prepared all the finer details like floor, meal and seating plans. Honestly it was such a wonderful experience, we came away from the run through meeting feeling as though an enormous weight had been lifted from our shoulders. Every contingency was planned for and we just had such a great feeling of confidence.
  
  In the final week before the wedding, all of our suppliers received their itinerary and schedule. Having seen the contents of these packs we were staggered by how detailed everything was. Every single supplier had clarity on what their role, requirements and timings were. Working with some of our suppliers was not an easy task, each one had unique requirements and some needed more hand holding than others. TWC took it all in their stride and ensured every supplier had what they needed for the day to be successful.
  
  As we drew closer to the day Zeleka kept in constant contact with us, which we really appreciated and helped keep our nerves and stress levels under control. She let us know what she and her team needed from us ahead of the day, so we had ample time to prepare and supply it. The process felt very manageable, comprehensive and we felt as though nothing had been forgotten. From cake knives to heel protectors, seating plans to bubble guns, it all had been considered. We leaned on the TWC team also with a few personal requests, nothing was too big of an ask and Zeleka was happy to work our requirements into the plan for the day.
  
  Now, if the service leading up to the day was a ten out of ten, the performance on the day itself was a million out of ten. The day kicked off with TWC being in communication with our bridal party letting them know what was happening and timings they needed to be aware of. This allowed myself and my wife to focus on getting ready and just enjoying our day. I arrived at the venue first and it was clear that all the prep and planning had paid off, every single supplier was primed and in place to help deliver the most wonderful day for us. When my wife arrived everyone was in place for her to do her aisle walk, quartet, best man, flower girls - everything went so perfectly.
  
  The team also did such a fantastic job organising our families, getting them in place and comfortable for the ceremony, the photos and receptions. When my wife and I were taken to do our photos, we were accompanied by Grace from TWC who made sure we ran on time and looked after all the small details whilst we were away from our guests, from dress fixer to champagne and phone holder.
  
  The reception dinner, cake cutting and first dance all went off without a hitch. The whole thing ran like a Swiss watch, and if there were any hiccups on the day we certainly didn't know about it - we were able to completely focus on enjoying our day with our family and friends.
  
  We honestly can't express how appreciative we are of Zeleka and the team, we certainly could not have done it without all their incredible help. We would recommend The Wedding Coordinators to anyone who wants to make sure both their wedding planning and wedding day goes perfectly.

  Incredible day and amazing team, highly recommend!

  We cannot say enough amazing things about Zeleka and the team! From the lead-up until the very last moment of our special day, they were an absolute godsend. They were always available, patient with our manic schedules, and super organised which allowed us to put our minds at ease while they maintained control. They helped us navigate every detail of the day, from recommending vendors to creating a timeline, while keeping us calm and stress-free throughout. Their attention to detail and ability to not leave any stone unturned in planning was unmatched.
  
  On the actual wedding day, they were a true lifesaver. Everything ran seamlessly—timing was perfect, the main characters were briefed, and we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! Our guests kept commenting on how smoothly everything went, and it’s all thanks to our coordinator’s hard work and dedication behind the scenes.   Invaluable!

  A huge thank you to Zeleka and the team for all their help with our wedding day. From our first phone call Zeleka was kind, helpful, professional and informative and I knew we were in good hands. I toed and froed for a while about the need for wedding day coordination from a budget perspective and given we had a good venue booked, but it was honestly the best money we spent in the end and I'm so glad we went for TWC- I can’t imagine now how it would have gone without them and I would recommend to all who are a bit type A (!) and want to feel all eventualities are accounted for.
  
  
  The stress she alleviated in the lead up to the wedding by liasing with all suppliers was absolutely invaluable. As soon as I saw emails going through to our vendors one by one, a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could focus on looking forward to my big day.
  
  And then the day came! I had wanted no stress on the day for me or my close ones, and whilst a bit of this was inevitable, Zeleka really left me largely worry free. She came with a fantastic team (also looking fabulous might I add!) and I didn't even know what was going on in the background for the course of the day- they were that smooth!

  Zeleka and Sophia were amazing really helped make our wedding day so special. We built a strong bond from the begin which helped the further planning of everything fall into place so smoothly. Could not have asked for a better team to help coordinate our wedding day and will defo be recommending them to other friends and family looking for a wedding coordinator. Their full day price is so reasonable and they really work to the T with their excellent service. Thank you both again so much xx

  Exceptional from start to finish!

  Zeleka and her team were exceptional from start to finish! From the initial consultation, the planning process, to the ‘day of’ service, her and the team didn’t put a foot wrong! In fact, many guests commented after that Zeleka was the star of the show and she was the reason why all the details and choreographed moments really came together exceptionally. Zeleka was lovely to deal with, discrete when the moment called for but also very in control when necessary. Although she does this every weekend, she made us feel so special and cared for. We would fully recommend and use again for events in the future. We cannot thank The Wedding Coordinators enough!

  So grateful we booked the wedding day coordinators!

  Zelka and the team were instrumental in making our day magical! Our wedding day had a surprise summer rain storm, which would have been stressful had TWC team not stepped in and made on the spot decisions to move the drinks reception (and all the decor) indoors. Furthermore, TWC have great industry connections, and were able to recommend great suppliers and negotiate fantastic prices for our vendors. I could not praise them higher!

  Zelka and the team were instrumental in making our day magical! Our wedding day had a surprise summer rain storm, which would have been stressful had TWC team not stepped in and made on the spot decisions to move the drinks reception (and all the decor) indoors.   Zeleka and her team our a necessity!

  From the first phone call I had with Zeleka, her confidence and experience shone through. Straight away she gave me connections for suppliers I had not found yet such as catering and production. Also advice on timeline and logistics.
  
  I trusted Zeleka with the vision of the wedding and knew that it was in very safe hands. Before the wedding we had numerous phone calls and a site visit. I felt very comfortable relaying my vision and what I wanted. Zeleka was also a great sound board and when it came to things that wouldn’t work aswell. The wedding day was a success and completely stress free for us as the Bride and Groom. Zeleka handled everything and we could truly enjoy our special day. Words can’t express how grateful we are to Zeleka for all her hard work in making the day so great!
  
  Our guests have all commented on how amazing and efficient the co-ordination team were. They were on hand to help all guests, and in particular saved the day when a guest lost an earring back. It’s details like this that my guests will remember! They not only did a spectacular job but they also look the part too!
  
  Best decision I ever made was hiring Zeleka and her team! Will 100% recommend as a necessity to all wedding couples!
