Kelly and the team at the Wedding Dolls are fabulous! They helped us with our DIY wedding at a private venue and we couldn’t be more grateful to them. The day simply wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without them. For planning, they have a great checklist and tool that gives lots of reassurance. Kelly was extremely helpful in the run up to the wedding, checking final details and helping us solve any outstanding things. On the day, Kelly and Sarah were fabulous. They are so friendly and brought a dedication to the day that we really appreciated. Even when we’re delayed with weather, they kept everything running smoothly. They were seamless in managing our many suppliers and incredibly thoughtful throughout too, keeping a glass of champagne and cake aside from us.

10/10 highly recommend!

We honestly cannot recommend The wedding Dolls more, our wedding really wouldn’t of been the same without them.
We had a beautiful DIY marquee wedding in July!

This was our 3rd date like many postponed weddings due to Covid! And we had last minute restrictions thrown at us a week before our wedding! So as you can imagine it was very stressful! Jo was so supportive and helpful during this time! She was really there for us with contacting suppliers and helping us get a safe plan together to have our dream wedding (even if some plans had to change due to covid) I think without her calming influence we could of given up!

With being a DIY marquee it was all hands on deck with getting it ready and on the morning of the wedding they had everything in hand with the set up, dealing with all suppliers, greeting all our guests… the list goes on. It definitely took that pressure off as any job needed that to be done they were there on it. We completely trusted that they could create the vision we wanted!
The amount of hard work they put into making our Wedding run smoothly and helping us have our dream day was impressive.
They were on the go from start to finish! They are so passionate and professional, you can really tell they are devoted to what they do and are really bloody amazing at it!

But to break it down, we couldn’t of done it without them and would 1000% recommend The Dolls to anyone! Thank you so much again!!

We booked the Wedding Dolls to help us plan our wedding at The Cherry Barn in Rye on the 29th October 2021. As a dry hire venue, I was a bit concerned that I'd miss something important during the planning process and it was great to have a detailed discussion about how the day would work, and what we needed to do. They were very detailed and organised and it really helped us to bring everything together.  We also opted to for them to help us set up the day before, clear up the day after and we had two dollies on the day to keep things running smoothly.  Having them there meant we could enjoy the day without having to worry about the logistics of it all.  They liaised directly with our suppliers, moved furniture around and helped dress the venue and then on the day they were there to make sure everything ran according to plan.  When we arrived back at the venue the day after the wedding, they had cleared everything away meaning that we didn't need to get involved with venue cleaning on our first day of marriage after the wedding.  We loved working with Joanne, Emma and Charlotte and having them be part of our big day.  They were friendly, organised and so helpful.  I would recommend them to anyone who wants a virtually stress-free and enjoyable wedding planning experience.  Thank you Wedding Dolls!! 

We had a dry hire wedding venue in Kent and as the date drew near both my partner and I were feeling incredibly anxious on how we would be able to pull off the day, manage suppliers and have everything running smoothly as well as enjoying the day! Luckily I found Joanne and the wedding dolls, whom we hired as dolls on the day, although they went above and beyond in the lead up to the wedding. From our first conversation Joanne eased my worries about the day. She is incredible at what she does, she was easy to contact and always offered the best advice and asked us questions that we had not even thought of. But most importantly she kept us assured that there was nothing to worry about and that it would all be fine.

On the wedding day, if something did go wrong- I did not notice it. Joanne and the Dolls were incredible and went above and beyond to care for two elderly relatives of mine and made our guests feel so welcome.

Hiring the dolls was honestly the best decision I made for this wedding- without them it would not have been the wonderful day that we ended up having. If you need an on the day event co-ordinator, they are the best.

My wedding day wouldn’t have been a success without The Wedding Dolls. Having them there meant I didn’t have to think about a single thing or ever need to know the time on the day!

Not only that but they were extremely helpful leading up to the day by planning a full agenda, to 15 minute breakdowns, with their actions as well as actions for others. They were so organised and always brought their experience and recommendations to the table, thinking of so much more than I ever knew.

Wow.... where do we start? The Wedding Dolls Team were spectacular, they absolutely made our day. They ironed out any problems we may have experienced on the run up to our wedding last Saturday, and they made the day perfect.... nothing could have gone better. The Wedding Dolls were the absolute MVP of our big day, without doubt! From our initial planning meetings to the day after the wedding, Joanne and her team were there to support us every step of the way, offering advice, a helping hand, a logical explanation, and a hug! The team went above and beyond to coordinate a huge group of over 20 different external suppliers and vendors on the day - and nothing was ever too much for them, no matter what was thrown their way (and we threw a lot!). We particularly loved how Joanne worked hard to ensure that we weren’t tied down with logistics and could instead enjoy and savour the day with our family and friends, without worrying about whether we were behind schedule - we felt so relaxed with her in control! Little touches like saving us a plate of canapés (while we were busy chatting to guests) or putting the bridesmaid’s flowers in water are seemingly small gestures but they didn’t go unnoticed. The team helped ensure everything ran so smoothly and truly made it the best day of our lives! We could not recommend them more! Thanks so much Dolls!

The Wedding Dolls and their staff are simply the best! Joanne, Clare and the team were simply incredible on the day, making our wedding run seamlessly and meaning both the groom and I didn't have to think about a thing. The Dolls were very helpful before the day, with suggestions and tips to help us plan the day. They were always on hand in the lead up to the wedding which meant we had complete faith in them running the day.

During the day they adapted to weather changes, were so helpful all our guests commented on the fabulous service. We couldn't have asked for a better team to deliver the service we needed on the day and they deserve to be recognised for their great work!

The wedding dolls were absolutely amazing from start to finish! We planned our wedding at home and used the on the day coordination service from the dolls.
They met us in advance of the wedding and went through every detail to make sure nothing had been missed, they made a schedule of events and checked we were happy with everything and gave us a lot of reassurance and pointers for the day to go as best it could.
When it came to the wedding day I felt like I was in very safe hands and felt no stress at all. The girls were on hand for every element and the wedding day went perfectly thanks to their help.

We were absolutely over the moon with the help we received from the wedding dolls on our special day. We had a very stressful run up to the big day and we had to keep changing the nature of the wedding and therefore what we actually needed help with. We could not believe how accommodating they were to our needs! Our day would have not run smoothly without them, they were absolute angels doing anything that needed doing (and boy were there a lot of things that we didn't realise needed doing)...down to washing plates and steaming my dress whilst I was rushing to get ready for the ceremony. The Wedding Dolls are an absolute must-have at a wedding. I don't even know where to begin. Every supplier recommended in the run up to the wedding was fantastic. All the help with the small details in the planning really made our day so much more special - Joanne's experience made such a huge difference, given planning a wedding is a mostly a first time experience, its so helpful to have someone who really knows what works and what doesn't! And then having the Dolly on the day meant that everything we wanted to happen on the day actually happened - and we didn't have to lift a finger. Thank you so much Wedding Dolls for everything!

I have now been involved in numerous weddings with Joanne from The Wedding Dolls and every single one has run like clockwork. Joanne’s planning and organisation skills are brilliant. They are also very calm which is such an important trait especially on a busy and sometimes stressful day. Joanne is also very hands on during the day, she deals with any dramas quietly that may occur and constantly checks on the bride and groom to ensure they are relaxed and enjoying their big day. I hope to have many more weddings in my diary where The Wedding Dolls are on the team.

We have worked with lots of wedding planners but I can honestly say none such as calm and collected as The Wedding Dolls. I can imagine that co-ordinating a wedding of 300 guests is no easy task and if Joanne was stressed on the inside, she certainly did not let it show on the outside.
Military precision, calm and collected and professional. Can’t wait to work with them again.
