I can whole hartedly say that Lindy is an absolute saviour and I honestly couldn't have got through the final weeks leading up to the Wedding without her.

We hired Lindy to help set up the hall of our Wedding reception when I released there was no way that my now Husband could do it in the 2hrs spare before the ceremony; and to say she saved us was an understatement.

Quick to respond to emails and phone calls, no question was to silly and no request was too difficult. Not only was she on hand to help organise everything with the set up she also helped calm me down on the week leading up.to the wedding pointing out that everything else was fine and to just relax.

I honestly couldn't recommend Lindy any more. Thank you once again Lindy for making our day so special.

Linda at LMS Weddings did an absolutely fabulous job. Despite the fact that our wedding was very DIY and involved a lot of suppliers, Linda kept the whole day running without a hitch. Linda orchestrated several changes to the set up of the venue throughout the day (for ceremony/canapés/dinner/party) and these all went so smoothly we genuinely didn’t notice as the room changed - it just got done!

The peace of mind we got with Linda was worth every penny - once we’d met Linda her confidence and organisation meant we no longer had any worries about the running of the day as we knew she would have it all in hand. Linda is also a genuinely lovely person who cared a great deal about making sure our day went perfectly - her passion for her job is so clear and something we really appreciated.

I'm not sure where to start to explain how incredible Lynda was!

We had a DIY wedding, which meant we had to hire/ plan/ make/ book & manage everything outside the hiring of the venue. Finding, finalising details and booking suppliers, this was all fine and enjoyable, going through food options and finding the right band etc.... but the hard part, the logistics and organisation of people, timings, placement of equipment, positions for vendors, flower drop off, cake drop off, registra arriving, bride and groom seperate appointments, hair and make up arriving etc.... I was LOST. I just couldn't get my head around how I was going to make it all run smoothly, but I didn't need to worry because that's where Lynda came In. Honestly she was my saving grace and like she could read my mind!

We had a pre wedding meeting about 4 weeks before the wedding (we had communicated previously over various things) where we discussed what we wanted from the day, the atmosphere and what we wanted the outcome of the day to be.

Lynda discussed every little detail with us, firstly going through a time line of the day, so we could fully understand how the day would pan out, then the suppliers, when they would need to arrive to be set up in time, where things were going to positioned and how we would like it to look, then vendors, who was going where, serving windows, positioning, entrance and exit as not to distupt the day. Final discussions around myself and my husband and how she would be on hand to help us.

Last part of the meeting is to hand over all supplier information so Lynda can contact them, go through all venue requirements and make sure all suppliers/ vendors know when to arrive, where they are going and any other necessary information.
This is so the bride and groom don't have any additional unnecessary stress on those final few weeks running up to the wedding.

This was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders!

On the day of the wedding Lynda managed everything, and I mean everything. I physically couldn't write down everything that lynda did for me and my husband that day and If anything did go wrong I didnt know about it. From the morning right through until the last guest left!

I personally felt a huge comfort having Lynda there, not only did I know everything was under control, she felt like a safety blanket for me. I cant really explain it, it was just a feeling. I am beyond grateful for Lynda on my wedding day, any couple / bride would be lucky to have her knowledge, organisational skills and support on their big day.

Lynda went above and beyond to create a smooth, magical wedding day for us. From the communication before to the running of the day, there was nothing more I could of asked for and her guidance through the day helped myself stay calm, know things where under control and enjoy the day for what it was!! I do and will continue to highly recommend to any couple planning a wedding.

Lynda put all of our worries leading up to the big day at ease and had a solution for everything we talked about. On the day, she was a huge help and we didn't need to worry or organise anything as Lynda was there to sort everything! I found Lynda to be extremely organised before and on the day of our wedding party. She was meticulous in having her own order of events broken down hourly and made sure everything was covered. On the day Lynda was on top of all the key events and the day ran smoothly. Lynda was also friendly and approachable and I did not have to worry about things happening when they needed to, and when they didn't, due to a technical glitch, she was there sorting it out. Nothing was too difficult for her. She even made sure the toilets had an hourly check. I would recommend Lynda's services.

Lynda was fantastic! Our wedding was on 11.06.22 at Cheswell Grange. We met with Lynda 2 weeks before the wedding and she collated all the details of our day and suppliers, who she then reached out to. Lynda also went through some finer details with us which we had not thought about for example who would be playing the music as my wife walked in (it is a DIY venue) and what order the speeches were going to be.
On the day Lynda was great at letting us know where we should be and when, she completed numerous tasks that we had intended to ask others to do without us even noticing - such as moving chairs from the boathouse to the marquee (thank you by the way!).
In addition, she saved my wife, her dad and the bridal party having to walk from the main house to the Boathouse in the unforecasted torrential rain, that appeared just as they were getting ready to walk down, by being on hand to offer them all a lift in her VW van - Hannah was delighted that her hair and make up was saved and that they all arrived dry, thanks to Lynda going above and beyond. She even had some spare dog treats in her car which she offered our dog between some photos. We would highly recommend Lynda to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.

Lynda was the extra touch we needed to make our wedding day be as perfect as we felt it was! We met with her before the wedding day and she took care to take down every tiny detail that we asked for; from minor to big, from lighting candles to meeting the suppliers. She sent us a plan the week before the wedding of what she would be doing for us on the day so that we could ensure everything was covered. And she was just brilliant on the big day! So friendly and helpful and adapted very well to a change of the plan! Our wedding photos ran over the predicted time which pushed back everything else for the rest of the day - she checked in with us as to how we wanted to proceed and then spoke with all the suppliers including the band so they were aware they didn't need to start playing until later on. Lynda took away any stress from our wedding day as she totally took it all into her hands meaning we didn't have to worry about those things. We definitely couldn't have done it without her!

Linda was excellent at coordinating our day, she helped our day run smoothly and stress free. We would highly recommend!

Made what could have been a stressful day very easy and allowed us to just enjoy ourselves. Would highly recommend.
