We are so pleased that we chose to work with Rakhee and Zaherra (White Orchid events). After many consultations with a wide range of wedding planners we both knew from our initial consultation with White Orchid events that they would be great to have in our wedding team!

Having already found a venue and other wedding suppliers, we opted for "day-of coordination". We had multiple consultations with Rakhee and Zaherra, as well as a whatsapp group to discuss all of the small details for our big day. In the lead up to our wedding they checked in with us regularly.

On our wedding day Rakhee and Zaherra were professional, organised and calm - despite our hectic schedule. They helped to keep our Civil and Hindu ceremonies running seamlessly to time - ensuring the set up was perfect and liaised with all of our suppliers. This helped us, our family and our friends focus on enjoying our wedding day instead of worrying about the itinerary.

Rakhee and Zaherra are absolutely amazing! They brought our dream wedding to life adding their own personal touches without request, making it that little bit more special. They are both kind, patient, listened to what we asked and ensured we stuck to our budget, guiding us to what we wanted. What I loved most was that they told us how it was, helped calm nerves and if we were overthinking or stressing ourselves out, they would bring us back to earth and remind us that they're there for us to take everything off our shoulders, so not to take on more than we can chew. Even when the venue tried adding extra charges, not previously discussed or agreed to, they went the extra mile, making sure we weren't paying more than we should have, e.g. willing to move 100 chairs from one room to another (just the 2 of them). We could not recommend them highly enough!! x

the very outset, they were easy to communicate with.

We provided them with our specific requirements, had a call, and they
talked us through a lot of things we hadn't even considered.

In the lead up to the wedding day, we had some very short notice
requirements that we didn't know how we would get or achieve. We
contacted White Orchid Events and they put us in touch with the right
people to help deliver what we wanted. A truly great service!

On our wedding day, they arrived early, and set about getting everything
ready. Without any fuss, they got all the decorations up, and they were
perfect, exactly how we wanted it done.

I am a very busy mum of twins and needed to hire a planner to help with our wedding as we had no time at all.
