The team at occasion queens was absolutely brilliant. I didn’t even realise what was going on behind the scenes because they just took care of it ALL! The venue looked stunning and they were an absolute dream!

Seeing all our plans come together so beautifully was such a joy and it was evident the team were committed to their work, making us absolutely worry-free on the day and able to fully enjoy our celebration.

I don't dare imagine what our wedding would have been like without Occasion Queens!! They were absolutely incredible and I don't know how to thank them enough for making our big day better than we could have dreamed.

My husband and I realised quite soon into the process that we're not exactly cut our for wedding planning - thank goodness we found Nina!! Our inspiration session with her was amazing. It lasted over five hours due to our cluelessness and Nina patiently talked us through every detail of our big day. She gave us a whole host of helpful tips as well as gently challenging some of our more outlandish ideas. I will be forever grateful that she insisted we got a professional photographer rather than relying on relatives!

Despite seeming like the world's busiest human, somehow Nina always managed to reply to our emails remarkably quickly, supporting us fully throughout the run-up. She even did a Zoom call the morning of her holiday to help me work out a seeminly impossible logisical quandry. Nina was really sensitive to our desire to keep costs as low as possible, helping us source affordable but high quality suppliers.

On the big day, Nina and Katie were absolute stars. They worked tirelessly and made sure everything went flawlessly. Every time I needed something one of them was around and having them there made me feel happy and relaxed. Everyone loved them. They were positive, helpful and caring and it felt more as though they were friends than suppliers. I really wish they could run my life for me!

I honestly couldn't recommend Nina and her team more. I'm not really sure how they do what they do so well, but they're pretty magical!

Nina was the best investment we made for our wedding day. Having planned everything ourselves, we decided relatively late that it would be worthwhile to have an on-the-day coordinator to deal with any unexpected hiccups, and are so happy we did. From day one, Nina was a delight to deal with, and never left us in doubt that she was absolutely on top of everything. On the day itself we experienced some pretty major issues with one of our suppliers - which, had we been running things, could have been a total nightmare - but Nina worked her magic and came to us with a solution already sorted. We are both so appreciative of her hard work, quick thinking and amazing client service which meant that we were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. She is worth her weight in gold, and we would recommend her to anyone.

Dearest Nina, thank you for being the most incredible wedding organiser ever. Together we were able to plan the perfect wedding and your pre-meet a couple of weeks before was so helpful at focusing our minds on how we wanted our day to go.
I loved having you there with us, right from the moment I saw you arrive on the day I felt calmer and knew everything was in good hands.

Occasion Queen? Occasion Goddess more like! Nina was omniscient and omnipresent. She knew instinctively what we needed, before we did and acted upon it before we realised. Hiring her was the best decision we made during the planning process, not only for her services on the day but she was only an email away, whenever we had a question about anything wedding related - she has an impressive bank of wedding experts at her fingertips. OQ are a wedding must.

Where do I start. You were fantastic. Your organisation was impeccable. We had a lot of day guests and even more for the evening and you kept everyone in toe. As always things over run but you kept that cool head on and adjusted each item and made the day run seamless. Even down to making sure the photographer got the right shots by being there and making sure everything was right. I can’t thank you enough and will recommend you to anyone I know who is planning a wedding.

We met Nina at a wedding fair and at the time we were not even sure we needed a co ordinator. That soon changed once we had our first discussion. Nina helped bring our wedding plans to life and shared some great inspiration and some fantastic suppliers.

On our wedding day Nina led all the preparations. It was not an easy challenge considering we had two venues at opposite ends of London but Nina handled everything seamlessly. It was such a magical day and we could not have pulled it off without her.

She was an incredible support and really understood our wedding concept. She took away all the worry and concern we had about things going wrong, and made sure everything went right. If your considering hiring a coordinator then definitely hire Nina as you won’t be disappointed she’s totally worth every penny!

Having someone who can professionally make sure your venue is perfect too for your special day, makes a huge difference. I was so relaxed and happy it was not on me on the day. When I realised the scale of all that needed doing in terms of setting up for our wedding, I knew I needed someone I could totally rely on. Someone that I knew had the same attention to detail as me and who would treat the set up of all our beautiful decor and props as if it were her own special day. Thank god for Nina!
