Thea was absolutely amazing for our wedding. Thea was hired into our venue to support them with our wedding on the lead up and during the day. From the moment we met Thea she gave a calming vibe and we trusted her implicitly. The day before the wedding, we were expecting a stressful day as we had planned to do all of the decorations for the tables and the aisle etc. ourselves. However, when we arrived Thea was there ready to take over, we just needed to set up one table and she took care of the rest, we felt at complete ease, she listened to us and understood exactly what we needed; she was even great with my stress-head Auntie (haha)!! On the big day, Thea was there making sure everything ran smoothly, she was ready for a wet weather plan (which luckily we didn't need) and she had everything under control, getting us where we needed to be and on time, and with the most relaxed manner too! Thank you so so much Thea, we honestly could not have done it without you and we are so grateful that you were a part of our big day. We cannot recommend Thea enough.

Thea is a ball of sunshine, super organised and full of great ideas! I have to admit we were pretty clueless about a lot of aspects to planning a wedding and Thea was amazing both before and during the big day. Notably, she helped with our timeline for two different caterers; the floor plan for our tables, chairs, casks etc.; setting out favours; and decorating the venue - to name a few things! The day itself could have been quite stressful had we organised things ourselves (as we had more of a "DIY" garden party). Thea made the day run so smoothly - not once did we need to stress about clearing tables, moving guests, or setting up the disco - which meant that we could enjoy every moment!

Thea was brilliant, from the day I enquired and we had an initial consultation to our wedding day. She completely put my mind at ease meaning I could fully focus on the day without worrying about anything. She worked seamlessly with our other suppliers including our venue coordinator. My husband and I got married on our family farm and it was so important to me that us and my parents (who live there also) didn't feel like hosts and could enjoy our day.  Thea was key to making our dream a reality and exceeded all expectations!  We had the Boots On The Ground package and Thea's input was so valuable.

At the pre-wedding meeting a few weeks before the wedding, we discussed the schedule and logistics of the day, and Thea helped advise on anything we were uncertain about. With it being on our farm there was a DIY approach to the planning, and I felt so much more in control and organised after that pre-wedding meeting and talking through all our plans Thea, it suddenly felt like it was all going to come together nicely!

On the wedding day from the moment Thea arrived I no longer felt like a project manager and could focus on being a bride and enjoying our day.  Her calming and organised presence put everyone at ease.  The whole day ran so smoothly because of Thea's subtle coordination and time keeping - although she also gave us flexibility to make wee adjustments so we could enjoy our day however we wanted to in that moment.

Thea thinks of absolutely everything. Her attention to detail is something I hugely valued (as a total control freak myself). She never made me feel silly for obsessing over the little things in the lead up to the day and she put out more fires than I reckon my now husband and I even knew about on the day! We were also pretty overwhelmed on the wedding day itself and she totally put us at ease and reassured us that everything was going to plan. Planning for our daughter’s wedding got underway in earnest 18 months ago. She’d decided that she didn’t want a hotel based event where much of the organisation is carried out by the venue. Instead we booked the garden of a local National Trust property for the ceremony. In addition we contacted a Humanist celebrant and a company that provided a covered space for the party. As we got closer to the wedding we realised it would be good to have someone to coordinate everything and be the main point of contact for the suppliers. We found Pink Wellie Weddings on the internet and Thea became our wedding planner. Straight away we knew we were in safe hands. Thea was a calming influence when things became complicated. She dealt with problems efficiently and independently and only contacted us when she needed to. On the day she was brilliant and everything worked like clockwork. We all had a fabulous wedding in no small part to Thea’s organisational skills. Thea was fantastic from the first initial emails we sent to each other, helping me decide which package would work best for her to help me with my wedding.
She lived a very long journey from my venue but did not hesitate to travel to meet me before the wedding in person and scope out the venue to ensure I was utilising all the spaces, and had everything organised.
On the day she was incredible, if anything went wrong on the day I absolutely did not notice as she handled everything, our wedding ran so smoothly and she totally made us achieve the relaxed, fun wedding that we had envisioned.
