More than just a co-ordinator

We hired Camilla to be an ‘on the day co-ordinator’ for our wedding - I needed a right hand woman who I could trust to hand over the reigns and make sure all my planning and preparation came to life the way I imagined.

Camilla was there for me throughout the whole wedding process to bounce ideas off, but most importantly, she gave me the confidence to relax on my wedding day (I’m a control freak!) - she was a pleasure to be around, kept everything running smoothly, and made sure any hiccups were dealt with.

Camilla has now become a friend, I admire her work greatly. Do not hesitate to book her services.

Amazing from A to Z

Camilla planned our wedding from A to Z and it was literally our dream wedding. Her professionalism, dedication, attention to details and hard work are remarkable. She poured her heart into organizing the perfect wedding for us. It felt to me as if she was organizing her own considering the amount of efforts she put into ensuring that everything would be perfect and going the extra mile. On D Day, there was a storm just before the ceremony, everything had to be moved inside suddenly. I was extremely disappointed. But seeing that the meteo cleared out, Camilla went above and beyond and with the help of the hotel staff, arranged for everything to be moved back outside quickly. Throughout the process, Camilla and her assistant Giulia were a calming force. Because of them we were extremely relaxed on wedding day as we knew we were fully taken care of. Do yourself a favor and organize your wedding with Camilla!

Perfect day!

Camilla brought such positivity and fun to our wedding planning experience. Neither of us had a fixed vision in mind, and Camilla took that in her stride and helped us put together a beautiful, joy-filled day. Amazing value for money, would definitely recommend!

Took my dream and made it reality

I live overseas and had a very clear vision of what we wanted and Camilla made it happen.
It is a second marriage and we wanted a cool venue in London decorated with a fresh, Spring vibe.
Camilla sourced everything! All we had to do was pay and turn up. She spent time visiting venues, choosing the right suppliers ( cost and vibe) and managing the wedding to do list.
We communicated as needed and she was always a pleasure to chat to.
Everything was organised and Camilla kept on top of the payment schedule and chasing me when it was decision time on various check list items.
Wouldn't quite say, I would marry again just to use her ( quite like current husband) but would most definitely recommend hiring Camilla.

The best planner we could hope for.

Camilla is truly an amazing wedding planner. We are so glad that we chose her as our planner--perhaps one of our best decisions among the hundred ones we made during the wedding process. She had everything under control, calm and also reassuring. She recommended some very high-quality and professional vendors for us. The photographer, florist and videographer were particularly amazing.
She also made it to our rehearsal.
On that day, everything somehow magically happened! Every tiny detail was smoothly attended to and we were especially stunned that she and her assistant put on the boutonnieres and corsages for the bridal party, despite the short amount of time between their arrival and the processional.
By the way, the budget was also managed very well for us.
Thank you, Camilla, for being there for us on our best day of life.

Our Dream Wedding

We used Camilla as our wedding planner and on-the-day coordinator and she was just amazing! She had the answers to all our questions, was super reassuring and made us feel so at ease through all the wedding planning stress. She was super flexible as we were deciding how we wanted to structure our wedding, listened to what we wanted, instantly understood the atmosphere we wanted to create, and brought our dream wedding to life!

She is always very quick to respond to our messages and always knew exactly what needed to be done. We are so grateful to have found Camilla and had all her help and positive energy for our 2-day wedding celebration!

Amazing!!!

Camilla and her assistant were amazing on my wedding day! They helped with on-the-day coordination and made me feel so at ease. I knew that Camilla was handling everything and she did it seamlessly. We felt an instant connection with you, you were always available and approachable from start to finish, always managed to reassure us when we were at our most stressed, and - most importantly - made our wedding day absolute perfection! In our first Zoom call, you told us “your wedding day will be the best day of your life”, and you made it exactly that.

Despite having dozens of events to plan and coordinate, you have a gift of organisation and always made us feel like your top priority. You thought of things we hadn’t even considered and troubleshooted all potential issues before we even had time to try and think of a solution! Your approach to planning was incredible, and we feel so lucky that we managed to stumble across you on Hitched and have the opportunity to work with you. On the day itself, you were integral to everything running smoothly, looking after our fantastic suppliers, and when problems arose, you resolved them without us even realising - ensuring we were able to enjoy the entire day to the absolute fullest. Camilla is fantastic!!

We used Camilla as an on-the-day coordinator for our wedding last month. She was amazing at communicating with us and was so on the ball in the lead up to the wedding. On the day, she was amazing; anything we needed doing was done in a heartbeat, and it really eradicated any stress for my husband and I on the day. She is a lovely positive presence to have on your day - I highly recommend her services!!!

Simply the best

I don’t think we can put into words how much Camilla has done for us! She gave us the best wedding ever - we are over the moon. She thought of absolutely everything, her for detail is outstanding, she has incredible taste and vision.
Our wedding was perfect, she made it hassle free and knew exactly when to bother us with details and when to take charge. Of particular note is the presentation for cutting the cake, she transformed the area into a dream-like sequence with floating candles, an arch and a neon sign with our new surname. She had a vision and executed it brilliantly - this was all her and was the most beautiful thing to behold!
Additionally, Camilla and her assistants are so lovely - we think of Camilla as a lifelong friend after only knowing her through the last 9 months as our planner extraordinaire. Camilla’s greatest strength is that she cares so much and you can really feel it. She made the whole experience (which was very daunting for two people who are not remotely organised) amazing! Her military precision planning meant everything came off seamlessly.
We are delighted and the photos show her excellence! We cannot recommend her enough!
