Review from a California bride - Hire Dale!

Our wedding at Hedsor House was an absolute dream, and we owe so much of that to Dale. From the very beginning, I was anxious about planning such an important day from California, but Dale immediately put my worries to rest. He made everything feel so effortless, like we were all on the same page, and he went out of his way to meet with us weekly during his evening due to the time difference to make sure we stayed on track with our timeline. Our wedding at Hedsor House was an absolute dream, and we owe so much of that to Dale. Thanks to Dale, the day was beyond beautiful—better than we ever could have imagined. From the breathtaking florals (he mocked up the design!) to the smallest table details, everything was perfect. Our guests were in awe of how stunning the day was, and many mentioned how lovely Dale was, offering to help with drinks or anything they needed. He made everyone feel so taken care of.

For someone as type-A as I am, I was amazed at how relaxed I felt throughout the entire process, knowing I could trust Dale completely. In the end, we didn’t just have the perfect wedding—we gained a friend. We will forever be grateful to Dale and cannot recommend him enough to anyone looking for a wedding planner who will bring your vision to life with heart and dedication.

True Miracle Workers

Wow, what a whirlwind it was! To pull off an event that spanned five venues and lasted seventeen hours was no small feat, but Dale and Emily made it seem completely effortless. What could have easily spiraled into chaos became the most magical day, all thanks to their grace, tireless dedication, and incredible attention to detail.

The unsung heroes of our wedding!

Where to begin with Dale and his team (Emily and Rachael)...they were the best investment we made for our wedding.
We chose DAE's Day Management Service, as are couple who had the majority of the suppliers/ideas sorted, but knew we wanted to hand over the reins on the day to someone who could execute our vision, and DAE did that to a T!
We met with Dale before we decided to hire him over 12 months before our big day, and we instantly got on the same wave-length. He assured us he could deliver on our asks and even gave us some ideas we never thought of (including the best wedding invite site, which worked perfectly). After meeting with...

We chose DAE's Day Management Service, as are couple who had the majority of the suppliers/ideas sorted, but knew we wanted to hand over the reins on the day to someone who could execute our vision, and DAE did that to a T!
We met with Dale before we decided to hire him over 12 months before our big day, and we instantly got on the same wave-length. He assured us he could deliver on our asks and even gave us some ideas we never thought of (including the best wedding invite site, which worked perfectly). After meeting with Dale we were even more excited for our big day (which we didn't know was possible, that's just how magical Dale is!).
Considering we chose the On-the-Day Management, we didn't feel any less than if we were one of Dale's Full Service clients, as we had constant contact on the run-up to the day, and he even provided some perfect wording for our invites.
We then got the pleasure to meet with Emily at our venue who had all the questions we didn't even think of, to ask the venue. If it wasn't for Emily we wouldn't have our vision of having the band we hired play inside, before the ceremony, to then move outside for the post-ceremony drinks - not an easy task when you need to move all the equipment, quietly, during a 30 minute ceremony! She even persuaded the band to play a little longer than originally booked. Thank you - a true supplier whisperer!
Then came the day itself. Because DAE shared a planning sheet with us, we were able to agree on the running order of the day, the 'who's who' and 'who should be where and when', the day went without any hurdles. Writing the plan down is one thing, but effortlessly delivering it, in such a calming way, was another. Dale was always on hand to make sure we were fed and watered (which you can easily miss as you're always in demand to get round the guests and take photos). He also rushed back to the bridal suite to grab my flats, in time for the first dance.
Dale and Rachael were the perfect team to have on the day, their communication between themselves was so smooth that we never doubted their decisions.
In all honesty, it didn't feel like we hired DAE, it felt like we invited friends that just so happen to be the the best wedding planners; they were so easy and relaxing to talk to and spend time with.
Their efforts did not go a miss, as captured by my Grandma who wrote to me the next day "Thank you to your wedding Planner, Dale. He made the day extra special being a joy to deal with, easy to talk to and even offering to carry my shoes for me while I tackled the stairs. Would recommend him for anyone planning a wedding." It just shows what great people DAE are, when those who only met them on the day recognise their brilliance.
We can't thank Dale and his team enough, we still talk about our wedding and how Dale elevated it, beyond our expectations.
For anyone looking for the best in the business, you have found them in the form of Dale Alexander Events, don't look any further!

My husband and I will be eternally grateful that we found Dale and had his support in planning our wedding on New Years Eve. Not only is Dale an exceptional wedding planner, he is a truly wonderful person who exudes warmth, care and positivity - all of which were invaluable in our wedding planning experience. His attention to detail is absolutely incredible, ensuring that every intricate detail of our special day was planned and executed flawlessly. He came to us with curated lists of suppliers for us to select from based on the vision we had given him, and each and every one of the suppliers was exceptional (band, photographer, string quartet, florist, evening food truck, staging, dance floor, lights - the list goes on!)

Dale was our biggest ally and cheerleader in our wedding planning journey. Whenever we encountered hurdles or obstacles, he tackled these with grace and ensured that we were fully comfortable and happy at all times through the process. His presence throughout the entire process, plus on the day itself, was a huge source of comfort and support for us. Dale's responsiveness and communication throughout our 9 month planning process was commendable - alongside our scheduled touchpoint calls, he was only ever a WhatsApp message away and would always make himself available to speak or answer any questions we had at any stage.

Our wedding day was almost 2 weeks ago now and we are still completely in awe of the entirety of the day. It was beyond perfect. We are also already missing the planning and build up - a process which could have been hugely stressful and, thanks to Dale, was instead a lot of fun.

I don't think we will ever be able to fully express our gratitude to Dale and his team for the work they put in and the support they offered us throughout the planning process and on our wedding day itself. We have made memories with our family and friends that will last a lifetime and the backdrop to these memories is the vision that Dale and his team created.
Alongside being our wedding planner, we truly feel that Dale will be a friend for life (and we are already thinking of the next event we can ask him to plan!).

Phenomenal! I couldn’t recommend Dale enough!
