Scarlett Rose Events specialises in weddings and events. With more than 15 years of experience in event planning, styling and coordination, we offer expertise, talent and vast industry knowledge to deliver the wedding of your dreams.
We can offer support from start to finish, part way through, or even just on the day. It’s your day, and we’re here to do as much (or little!) as you need! We also offer décor hire and styling to ensure each event is bespoke and customised to your requirements, taking care of the details, so all you have to do is show up to your beautiful event and enjoy!

At Scarlett Rose Events, we offer a bespoke service to ensure every event is unique and tailored especially to our clients. We love a good party - and know that there are many moving parts needed to make sure the day is amazing, which is why we have a selection of services you can choose from:
Event Planning
The ultimate planning service, covering all aspects of your event from beginning to end.
Event Coordination
Perfect for when you’ve already organised the event but would like someone experienced to take over for the final few weeks so that you can focus on enjoying your day!
Event Design & Styling
When designing your event, we will strike the perfect balance within the space, considering elements such as lighting, furnishings, colour and décor items which will elevate your event to give the ultimate WOW factor!
Decor Hire
Scarlett Rose Events has a range of décor items for hire, including our beautiful luxury picnic packages.

How far in advance should I contact you?
We usually recommend clients get in touch at least a few months before their event (especially during the Summer months as these tend to book quickly) - but we can help right at the last minute too!
Do you offer an online list of weddings?
No
What areas do you cover?
As a South West Wedding and Event Specialist, we cover all of Somerset including Bristol and Bath, and also parts of Dorset and Devon. Delivery charges will vary depending on location
How do you work?
Scarlett Rose Events has a design studio in Langport where we can meet up to chat about you event. We can style any venue from luxury estates and designated event venues to private homes and marquees
Operating hours:
Our regular office hours are Monday-Friday 9 - 3pm, but we are also available to take calls in the evening and at weekends
What are the forms of payment?
Payment is via bank transfer to our business account as listed on your invoice

Amazing service
We were planning an outdoors wedding and Georgi at Scarlett Rose Events was extremely accommodating when we only wanted to hire sashes for our chairs. Georgi was so friendly to talk to when we were organising it and I felt like that part of our wedding decor was in safe hands.
When the British weather decided to give us rain on our wedding day, Georgi stepped in last minute and allowed us to move our wedding inside and provided the most beautiful wedding arch dressed for our ceremony. It looked amazing and can only thank Georgi for coming to our rescue and creating such a beautiful wedding space.
I would 100% recommend Georgi if you are after decor and set up for your event. The only reason why we didn’t hire more items from Georgi is because we just didn’t need it but her stock looks beautiful.

I had the most stress-free wedding day because of Georgie!
Georgi @ Scarlett Rose Events made our day run so smoothly and stress free!
From the beginning, Georgi was incredibly helpful and receptive to any questions we had. She's very well connected with vendors and was able to rely on her network when we were looking for some additional vendors.
She took over one month ahead of our big day and was so organized and efficient!! She brought her expertise and made us think of so many details we would have missed otherwise.
On the day, somehow Georgi was everywhere all at once. She worked so hard and kept us to time! We had such a stress free day and could truly enjoy the party because we knew Georgi was handling everything. Above all, she is the kindest and loveliest person and we genuinely enjoyed getting to know her throughout this process.
As someone who originally didn't think we needed a coordinator, I now would highly highly recommend having someone on the day - specifically Georgi!! She also helped us with hiring some decoration items and was very flexible when we added things last minute.

Saved my life (and wedding!)

English Fairy Tale
Georgi listened to every detail of our dream wedding and made it come true. She was easy to work with and helped us find all the perfect vendors to fit our budget. She was quick to answer all our questions and always found a solution to a problem. On the big day she made sure everything went off without a hitch for a memorable and perfect day.

Scarlett Rose Events Was the Best Investment We Made for Our Wedding!
I can't recommend Scarlett Rose enough! Georgi was the best investment we made in our wedding by far!! Georgi was incredible, so organised and made our venue look stunning. I never thought I could be that relaxed on my wedding day, but Georgi was so on it that my bridesmaids and family could just relax with me without worrying and enjoy the whole day - what a dream! Georgi went above an beyond at every stage and seemed to know what we needed before we had even asked! Thank you so much!!!!
