Frankie did a wonderful job of co-ordinating suppliers for Tony and Angie's outdoor ceremony and tipi reception. I was conducting the ceremony and we met on site the day before for a walk through in glorious sunshine, but when the weather changed the following day, Frankie was calm and decisive - quickly setting up an alternative ceremony space and altering all the entrances and exits.

She's easy to work with, accomodating and relaxed - perfect attributes for a wonderful wedding planner. Thanks for all your help to bring together an incredible JamIrish celebration! x

My daughter and her (now) husband decided to organise their wedding ceremony and party etc. themselves. They were doing a fantastic job but decided they’d like a little more help especially in coordinating all of the various agencies that were providing services on the day.
They employed the services of Shire Promotions and in particular, Frankie.
She was amazing from the very start and helped to relieve so much of the (self imposed) stress of organising a large function whilst balancing parenting 2 year old twins.
On the day Frankie was absolutely superb. She was ever present but discreet and always on hand to direct and guide as necessary with the lightest of touches.
Exceptionally helpful with a lovely warm attitude, it was clear that her sole intent was to make sure that the happy couple had the very best of days. The staff who ran the bar were also all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for any of them.
We would like to thank Frankie and her team for playing such a brilliant part in what was a truly special day. I would highly recommend Shire Promotions and the wonderful Frankie to anybody who is considering using them to assist in their wedding preparations and the delivery of the event itself.

Frankie was brilliant from start to finish over the last two years, keeping us calm, giving us some solid advice and helped to bring our vision to fruition. As a result of Cotswold Wedfest, that Frankie is involved with, we were able to find so many great local suppliers. Frankie helped us set up the day before, provided the canapes, she then handled the running of the day with total professionalism - no glitches, no regrets, just the perfect day, so much so my husband wants to do it again every week! We are so grateful to Frankie that we were able to enjoy every minute of our special day while she made sure everything ran smoothly. A massive thank you from us, for making a day both our guests and we, loved and will remember forever!

What can I say.... Frankie understood the assignment!
We started working with Frankie two years ago to help plan our marquee wedding in a field we owned and without her help we wouldn't have achieved our dream day. She introduced us to some incredible suppliers that were perfect for our rustic themed wedding. Frankie did so much for us, she part planned, was our on day co-ordinator, she ran the bar and arranged the canapés. On the day Frankie and her team was so professional, she kept checking in on both me and my husband making sure we had enough food and drink, checking on our well being and even grabbing some food for our children. Everyone I spoke to at the wedding commented on how lovely Frankie is which is so true. Look no further when it comes to a wedding planner/Co-ordinator. Frankie is Fantastic.
