From recommendations, creating a timeline and keeping us stress free throughout ! On the actual wedding day, Jess was a true lifesaver. Everything ran seamlessly, timing was perfect. Vanessa was amazing from the first meeting, helped me through the entire process as I was so laid back and flowers was a “oh anything” Vanessa helped me choose options that worked with the venue. Dressing of our entire venue was done by the team and looked amazing couldn’t ask for a better person to be part of your big day. And our stationary was amazing and all blended with our theme perfectly

We are so grateful to have had Stacey as our wedding coordinator – I honestly can’t say enough good things! We both agreed, that hiring Stacey was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had the best day of our lives and having Stacey and Ali there on the day meant we could enjoy our day to the absolute max! From our very first meeting, it was clear that Stacey was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day exactly what we wanted. Not to mention that we got on like a house on fire! Stacey was on hand to help with our planning when needed, I booked in a power hour call about 9 months out from the wedding which was exactly what I needed to keep me on track with planning. We had our final details call around 2 weeks before the wedding and it was the best feeling to hand over all of our suppliers to Stacey at that point, knowing it was all in hand and she knew exactly how we envisioned our day running. On the day of the wedding, Stacey and Ali went above and beyond. They handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy our special day literally zero stress. Everything was considered and organised so well, from our quick-fire family photos to Stacey’s genius plan of doing a receiving line on the way out of the drinks reception to make sure our guests started to make their way to their seats on time. We received so many compliments from our guests about Stacey and Ali and how brilliant they were. The fact that we are still WhatsApp-ing 2 months after the wedding tells you all you need to know – Stacey genuinely cares about the couples she works with. We hired Lydia for our wedding in Sept and she was beyond amazing!! We hired her for OTD coordination as well as a planning power hour a few months before the wedding. I was getting overwhelmed with planning but even after that one hour I had a much better idea of what I needed to prioritise, things I hadn't thought of, etc. As for the OTD coordination, she honestly couldn't have done a better job! She made the whole day completely stress-free, and if anything came up she dealt with it straight away. I actually think I was more chilled on my wedding day than I am most days 😅. Lydia and her assistant, Georgie, did so much for us - they even helped the groomsmen move a load of heavy plants from the church to our reception venue! I can only imagine how much more they both did for us behind the scenes, ensuring everything went smoothly with our suppliers, venue, etc. The day definitely would not have gone as seamlessly as it did without them! Loads of our family and friends commented on how lovely and calm Lydia was, and how much she did to ensure the day ran perfectly. We even had a couple family members who, before the wedding, were skeptical of our "need" for a wedding coordinator - who came to us afterwards to say how brilliant Lydia and Georgie were! Cannot recommend Lydia enough, she's such a genuine person and was invaluable both in the run up to and on the big day. Honestly quite sad we won't get to work with her again! Seeing the mood board in reality was breathtaking and so beautiful that we were in a popular wedding blog. We took inclusive events on a couple of weeks before our wedding (very last minute) and booked the coordination package. We found them through a recommendation from a friend of ours and it has to be said, we couldn’t be happier! After having two consultation calls outlining our vision, the structure of the day and how we planned everything out, they were able to help us organise everything and implement what we wanted with the venues and the vendors we hired. The wedding day went so smooth and we were able to totally relax on our big day. All the issues that arose were dealt with so swiftly we didn’t even notice there was an issue to begin with. Our wedding was full of personalisations so a large scope for hiccups but I can say without any hesitation it was the best day ever thanks to Zoe and Harleigh! All we had to do was drop a list of instructions of what we wanted and how we wanted it, the rest was up to them. They helped us with timings, preparations, herding our 120 guests and coordinating everything from meet and greet, pre drinks, venue set up, confetti moments, speeches, entertainment and catering, which was no small task as we had three separate venues to navigate; each with different requirements and vendors. We even had some technical aspects to deal with as we live streamed our wedding across the venues, had video game stations, laser light shows and ceiling projections. They helped us from start to finish and guided us through some of the logistics of things we hadn’t even considered. They blended in seamlessly with our wedding theme and the guests loved them. So friendly and approachable but still managed to delicate and manage effectively.

Frankie was an absolute superstar from start to finish. We had the most amazing day and Frankie’s attention to detail and organisation were absolutely key for us to be able to relax and really enjoy it!!! Highly recommend Shire Promotions

We had Jess as our On the Day Coordinator for our wedding on the 18th May. From the moment I first reached out to Jess I just knew immediately I needed her!! We had a few meetings leading up to the wedding, where she was full of advice and unlimited help. She thought of things I had not considered and I was so thankful! On the day, she was so relaxed, which is what I needed! She quietly worked behind the scenes to make everything run seamlessly. This even meant cooking Halloumi in our house, running to Tescos to get some Pimms fruit, and fixing my dress just before she was going home! Nothing was too big of an ask, she was more than happy to help with ANYTHING! Thank you so much Jess, you made our day just incredible. We are so thankful that you were part of it! If you are considering having Jess as your Coordinator, do it!! You absolutely won’t regret it xx

Anna and Jonathan helped us plan a slightly unconventional wedding with an intimate ceremony followed by a big party on the same day. We wanted help with planning the day so that the transition between ceremony and evening do was seamless. Having Anna and Jonathan on the other end of a text or a video call was invaluable. They made sure we were on the right track, suggested ideas we'd never thought about, and they gave us the confidence to make decisions that created our perfect day. We had a lovely wedding that went without a hitch, and Anna and Jonathan played a big part in pulling that off. They're both friendly and enthusiastic, and we can highly recommend hiring them for your wedding!
