We were beyond fortunate to have Holly as our wedding planner for our August 2024 wedding at Mapperton House & Gardens. Holly exceeded every expectation we could have had and turned our wedding into a flawless, unforgettable day. From the moment we started planning, Holly’s organisation shone through in every detail. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about every aspect of wedding planning, especially when it comes to this stunning venue, and her attention to detail ensured that everything flowed smoothly. But beyond her professionalism, Holly is one of the friendliest, most approachable people you could hope to work with. Her warmth and dedication quickly made her feel more like a friend than a planner. Holly’s passion for her work is evident; she truly loves what she does, and it shows. She was always available, day or night, to answer any question or handle any concern, making the whole process stress-free. I cannot express how grateful we are to have had Lorna as our wedding planner! From our very first meeting, she listened to our ideas and understood our vision perfectly. Her attention to detail and organization made the planning process seamless and enjoyable. Lorna was incredibly responsive and always available to answer our questions, no matter how small. She provided valuable insights and creative suggestions that truly elevated our wedding day. On the day itself, everything ran flawlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment. We never really thought about booking a wedding coordinator in addition to the venue as I also work in events, but working with Mel was the best decision we ever made! We met Mel at our venue's open day and instantly connected with her - she is so friendly and calm - exactly the type of vibe you need on the day and in all the planning beforehand. Mel has amazing attention to detail and suggested things along the way we hadn't even thought of. On the day, Mel was outstanding and everything went absolutely perfectly particularly as we were going between two locations. Mel goes above and beyond to make sure your day is exactly how you want it - our venue made a mistake and didn't get any 0% prosecco for the top table as some of the party didn't drink, so Mel drove to a nearby shop to buy two bottles! Little things like that made all the difference, we can't thank Mel enough for her expertise, kindness and efficiency - don't hesitate to book Mel, she will make sure your day is perfect. We just wish we could do another big party to work with Mel again!

Abby was extremely helpful, friendly and organised. She helped us plan out our whole wedding, keeping us on track and positive when things were becoming overwhelming for us. But she really came into her true potential on the day, by absolutely nailing it and ensuring that the day ran like clockwork and we had the most perfect day, without a hitch. It was a complicated, bespoke, dry-hire wedding, where so much could go wrong. By Abby and her team showed complete professionalism and competence in handling every part of the day, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about any details. If something came up, we could just tell Abby and she would resolve it straight away. We werent sure whether to get a wedding planner, but Elegance Unlimited ended up being the most valuable thing we spent money on, giving us true peace of mind, that everything was under control. We cannot reccommend Elegance Unlimited highly enough.

Natalie have been the golden anchor during our wedding planning and on the day..we are both deaf and she overcame the language barrier with ease..she will provide you alternative ideas or suggested suppliers ,very flexible and very professional! On the day she has been ultimate fantastic guiding us throughout the day making sure it goes smooth..she really did made our wedding a memorable..all the guests have also enjoyed too..

Hi Aleks, Honestly, I'm not sure how I can put into words how incredible you are. The most hard working person I've ever met. I told you my dream and you made it happen. Thank you so much for all your help and making our dream a reality! We had to the best day of our lives and honestly, without your help, we would have given up. I know how hard you work in everything that you do, I trusted you from day one and you honestly did not disappoint. I've had so many messages saying how incredible the venue looked and how amazing you were. We can't thank you enough. Any brides to be, planning a wedding and want to take the stress away, hit her up. She's amazing! Never give up on your dreams girl, you literally make other people's dreams come true.

Hiring Holly was hands-down one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was always so calm and collected, and on hand to answer all the little questions and worries, as well as helping with the things you don't even think about! She made our day run seamlessly and went above and beyond to help with last minute changes to ensure that I had nothing to worry about. We never intended at the beginning to have a wedding coordinator, but now we couldn't imagine not having one. Smiley, patient, kind and on-the-ball - Holly you are simply the best!

Being a little bit OCD myself and having an eye for detail, Jordan worked with me, understanding the importance of the little details and made me feel so relaxed knowing everything would be in safe hands and under control. On our wedding day, everything went so smoothly. Jordans abilty to help liase with guests and suppliers really meant the whole day ran so smoothly. Honestly Jordan didnt stop the entire day just making sure everything was perfect and checking in with us that we were happy with everything. I'm so pleased Jordan has ventured out by herself as a self employed wedding planner - Any other bride and groom would be so lucky to find her and i will most definitely be recommending her to my friends!
