Led by published planners and designers Jess & Madie and with over a decade of experience in the wedding and event industry; we are planners who have had the honour and privilege of organising hundreds of weddings and events worldwide.
As one of the most significant moments in your lifetime, we want you to be able to enjoy your exquisitely planned wedding as much as your guests, all whilst feeling relaxed and empowered throughout the planning process.
We are here to be your trusted confidents from the get go, to subtly and seamlessly guide you through the design and planning stages, while providing you with a friendly face to go to when the wedding neves kick in.
Only working with a handful of couples each year, we ensure that we can fully immerse ourselves in each and every aspect of your big day, and to give you the time and attention you need and deserve.

1) Our full planning service supports you every step of the way including designing, planning and management of your luxury wedding or event.
We fully immerse ourselves in your vision, directing the creativity and matching it all up with the perfect suppliers.
This service covers all aspects of venue finding, supplier sourcing and management, payment scheduling, guest experience, stationary design, marriage and legal paperwork guidance and so much more.
When the big day finally arrives, we'll be there to oversee the details, decor and logistics ensuring everything. is flawlessly executed.
2) Online Digital Wedding Planner. As seasoned wedding planners, we recognise the importance and value add of having a wedding planner to help make your dream day a reality. However, we also appreciate that it may not always be feasible for everyone's budget or for some creatives out there, perhaps you’ve always dreamed of planning your wedding yourself. Made our Spanish Wedding dreams come true
When it came to the day of the wedding, there was a chance of rain and, after initial hesitation from the venue, Jess convinced them to set up both inside and outside - meaning we ultimately got exactly what we had pictured. It was perfect. We couldn’t recommend her enough and regularly do to anyone planning their big day!
Amazing Wedding Planners!
Jess & Madie ensured every step of the way was completely in hand, helping with the venue & vendor contracts, making it really easy to choose the right vendors for us, coordinating with the vendors with questions and timings on the lead up and helping us with the creative vision. The end result was our stunning autumnal themed wedding for 60 guests & everyone who attended was complimentary on the decor and how Jess & Madie organised everything. On the day itself, they took care of all the vendors so I had less questions to answer and could focus on getting ready with my BMs. Their was only one small hiccup on the day (a vendor's mistake) and even after the wedding they took care of this and were able to get us a full refund.
I would definitely recommend Jess & Madie to a friend (in fact I already have!) as they are sure to completely take care of you!
