Well well well...where to begin. Ian and Jade made my life an absolute BREEEEEZE, from various video calls to in person meet ups.

The experience was amazing and no request was too much to ask.

The day itself, I didn't have to think and everything was done to perfection.

Ian and Jade are honestly the best! My wedding day would not have been so amazing without them! Ian and Jade met me at my house for our first appointment and I wasn't sure what to expect but they had such a calming way about them they put me at ease straight away. We had quite a few meetings, zoom meetings and emails between us and anything I wanted to know they would respond as soon as they were able to. They made my wedding morning easy and I literally didn't have to think of a thing. I would recommend them to anyone and honestly they are such a lovely couple. Everyone at wedding has also commented on how lovely they were!

We could not have asked for a more proactive, helpful and thoughtful couple to help us coordinate our wedding day! We are absolutely over the moon with the amazing service that was provided and how professional and thoughtful Jade and Ian were both leading up to the wedding and on the day itself. It gave us such reassurance, particularly with the terrible weather we had leading up to the day, which threw in a few curve balls! My husband and I initially hired them for our wedding in beautiful East Anglia in May this year. At first we were really excited to have Beau's and Belle's on board as our wedding coordinators, but it turned out the services they advertised were not as they promised.

In a short amount of time leading up to the wedding day, they upset many of our key vendors and caused a great deal of confusion among so many of the suppliers. We signed a contract with them at the end of March and Beau's and Belle's waited to tell us one month after we signed the contract with them and paid them in full that they were going on holiday for two weeks right before our wedding date. They were not transparent about this important detail from the start. Beau’s and Belle’s said they would get in touch with all the vendors a minimum of 7 days before the big day. They regrettably did not do as such. It was 5 days before the big day and they hadn’t contacted our vendors as promised. We had to send them a reminder email asking if they were going to speak to the vendors as promised. Only then, after we reminded them, did they initiate contact with the vendors - with the first email sent at 10pm.

We very sadly had to fire them a mere two days before the wedding due to the distress they inflicted on our key vendors, their unprofessional demeanour, and their lack of organisation. It was unfortunate and very regrettably a waste of money. We would not recommend their services and suggest to save your money. Even with the Hitched discount they offer, it’s not worth the hassle, headache, and money lost.

A massive thanks to Ian and Jade to making our dream come true. They only had 8 weeks to organize everything in detail and they did it! everything was perfect for us, choice of suppliers according to our requirements as well as personalized services offered by their will because they are people with a heart of gold. Best planner ever.
