Jenny just organized my husband's 50th birthday party, which spanned three days, and involved 25 guests coming from all over the world. This was quite a discerning crowd and Jenny wowed all of us! I felt completely relaxed knowing that she was on top of everything. All of her recommendations from music to lighting to the cake baker were outstanding. I could not have been happier with the outcome and the smile on my husband's face the entire time was priceless! Highly recommend Jenny!

We just wanted to say the hugest thank you for all your amazing efforts, co-ordination and help throughout the whole wedding planning process as well as on the day – you were absolutely amazing and we could not have done it all without you. You honestly made the whole process so easy and stress free and with everything with my mum (being unwell), I can’t tell you how much that helped. So THANK YOU!!!

Now the summer is over I thought I would write to you properly about the wedding. Please feel free to quote any part of this in your IEM literature or web site.

Firstly, Kate and Richard had exactly the wedding they wished for and they have wonderfully happy memories of the day. We have had incredibly positive feedback from the guests, who have commented on how well planned and run the day was!

The day was the culmination of 11 months discussion and decision making and we could not have got there without you. You were a mine of information about every aspect of wedding planning and the contractors you suggested; marquee hire, caterers, bands etc were all excellent. You were incredibly patient and open minded as Kate and Richard came up with various ideas. They would be researched as to practicality and costed and then put back to them. Some of the sillier thoughts fell by the wayside and they could because they had not got involved with suppliers themselves or invested too much emotionally in them. You gave really reliable advice on the big things, such as the positioning of the marquee but you also had a very good eye for detail like the tying of napkins and the equipping of the ladies loos. You were also up for anything new like the giant pom-poms Kate requested for the bar area. However, at no stage did we feel that the event had been "taken over" by IEM and you were quite content for Kate to organise all the stationery at Smythsons herself.

Finally, the wedding came in substantially under budget, much to John's surprise as no element was skimped in any way. We feel you really earned your fees which were exactly what you had quoted.

I just wanted to say an enormous, heartfelt, huge thank you for everything you did in helping Jeremy and I plan our wedding. Whether coming up with creative ideas, producing names of suppliers from your impressive list of contacts, booking transport, advising on information to include in our invitation insert, or organising from start to finish the Rehearsal Dinner (no mean feat with 80 guests and US-UK differences!) – you were utterly professional, calm and cheerful throughout. On the day itself I could relax and enjoy myself totally, knowing that you were there to ensure the smooth running of the day and solve any problems that arose. Thanks for bringing pashminas, babysitting, and keeping us on schedule, not to mention making sure everyone got home at the end of the night! Your negotiation skills were also superb, particularly on solving the issue around our marquee booking and with some of the hotels we had booked, where you helped us to get a better deal.
Jeremy and I really could not have planned our wedding without your help – the distance between the UK and India would have make it impossible. Not only do I think you did a fantastic job professionally, you are also a really great person to be around and helped to calm my nerves in many a stressful situation! You really are an inspired events planner. But more than that through all the months of hard work I really feel that I gained a friend. Thank you so much for what really was a perfect three days.
