Holly and Rebecca Weddings is a wedding planning service based in Gloucestershire. Based 10 minutes from the M5 we are easily accessible across the country and beyond.

Many have described us as the wedding planners that make the magic happen. Our approach is to remain behind the scenes ensuring your day runs like clockwork and there to solve those problems that you just cant plan for. Although we are behind the scenes we are there for you as a couple just when you need us.

Our combined experience of over 20 years allows us to bring the timeless approach to coordination, yet keeping up with all the latest trends that has hit the wedding industry. Although we believe this is YOUR wedding day and should be done YOUR way. Trends are fun, but your wedding will be nothing short of incredible whatever you choose to include in your day.

We offer Full Planning and On The Day Coordination.

We only take on a certain amount of weddings each year to ensure our couples get the best of us. Whether we are with you on the day or on your full planning journey.

On the day wedding coordination - isnt really just on the day. Our journey starts from our very first enquiry with you. We want to get to know you and make sure you are comfortable and trust us to run the biggest day of your life.

Our on the day package includes:

You will recieve one planning meeting at the time of booking.

We will support finding those perfect suppliers to build your supplier team at time of booking.

From 6 weeks before your wedding a meeting to find out all of the details.

You have access to unlimited phone calls, texts and emails from the 6 week mark.

You will get a confirmed running of your wedding day schedule ready for all your suppliers.

We arrive with our emergency kit bag throughout your wedding day.

On your wedding day an agreed amount of time (normally 9am until after your first dance).

You are only doing this once - so allow us to take total control so you can enjoy it to the max.

How do you work?

We provide un-biased, friendly advice to help build the perfect wedding day for you. All our packages include one of us to coordinate your wedding day, so you can fully enjoy your day

What are the forms of payment?

We ask for 50% of your total package at the time of booking and the remaining 50% due 8 weeks prior to your wedding date. We do not take a percentage of your overall wedding budget

A Bride and Groom’s Best Friend

Where do we start!? We were fortunate enough to have Holly included as our coordinator for our wedding at Milton End Farm and we are so glad we did! Holly is full of knowledge and wisdom about every aspect of weddings and she gave us so many helpful tips and advice, both on the day itself and throughout the planning process (including advising me on the best way to get my voice back after I lost it on the morning of the wedding!)

Having her on hand on our wedding day made everything feel so easy and run so smoothly, and it just felt like we had a friend there to help us as we got on with her so well. She took care of all the little details, was really adaptable when our timings didn’t quite go to plan, and she also worked really well with our photographers and videographer despite never meeting them before - it just felt like they were all one team and we felt secure knowing that Holly had our backs.

The day before the wedding and the days after, Holly was always on hand to answer queries instantly and we still felt like she was there to support us even when she wasn’t there physically.

The day after the wedding, she surprised us by sending through all of the behind-the-scenes videos and photos she’d taken on the day without us knowing. I think that pretty much sums her up really - she was right there in thick of things all day long, but she was able to blend into the background so seamlessly that she was never in the way.

We really couldn’t recommend her enough and are so grateful she was such a big part of our perfect day!

Look no further, incredible wedding venue!

We recently had our wedding at Milton End Barns, and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The whole process felt completely stress-free, and we cannot speak highly enough about the team. Rebecca, our wedding planner, was nothing short of amazing. From day one, she was there to answer any and all questions, offering support, recommending top-notch suppliers, and guiding us through every step of the planning process. She truly went above and beyond, making us feel at ease every step of the way.

On the day, the relaxed vibe of the venue really shone through. All of our guests commented on how personal and unique the wedding felt, and many have said it’s the best venue and wedding they’ve ever been to. We owe that to the incredible atmosphere created by Rebecca, Kate, and the entire team, who were so warm and accommodating.

The space itself is absolutely stunning! The barns provide such a beautiful, rustic setting for both the ceremony and reception, and the outdoor areas are a wonderful extension of the main barn, offering the perfect backdrop for photos and mingling. The on-site accommodation is also a huge bonus—luxurious and so convenient for guests staying over.

If you're looking for a wedding venue that combines stunning beauty, a relaxed atmosphere, and top-tier service, we couldn’t recommend Milton End Barns enough! It truly made our day unforgettable.

An amazing experience working with a true professional who goes above and beyond!

We couldn’t recommend Holly enough, she goes above and beyond in what she does for you in all stages of your wedding preparations and day. She was always on hand with helpful tips in the planning stages all the way up to the actual day and even afterwards. She is the ultimate professional and takes great pride in her work. She has fantastic contacts with local suppliers which really helped when getting things booked in the planning stages. This was also great on the day of the wedding as she had already worked with the majority of our suppliers previously so this was reassuring in knowing things would run smoothly on the day. A particular moment that stands out as a way in which she goes above and beyond, was when she came to our rehearsal at the church and we realised that some paperwork from the council was missing. She completely took over, taking the stress away from us and even drove to Stroud to collect this for us (all on a Friday evening as well!) allowing us to go to the pub with our friends who had travelled down to be with us for the day.
She is a total star and we couldn’t recommend her enough to newly engaged couples planning their wedding.

Professional, experienced & friendly

Holly was fantastic. All her experience eased any concerns we has on the build up to our wedding day. She oversaw the arrival of different caterers, entertainers and the band. This left us with no stress on the day and we could just enjoy our day! The best thing i can say was that it felt like we had a friend at our wedding helping out! I would say getting her involved was the best money spent. Thank you holly for making our day perfect! Xxx

The BEST wedding planners

Holly & Rebecca are the ultimate duo! They have this absolutely nailed down and I genuinely have no clue what I would have done without their expertises!

I got married a couple of weeks ago at Milton End and was assigned Rebecca to my wedding. I met both of them at various inspiration days hosted by the venue and they both compliment one another so well. Although Holly didn’t have as much involvement in our wedding due to Rebecca being our assigned planner, she was so lovely and kind every time we spoke with her.

Rebecca, from the moment we booked our wedding, was on hand for simply everything! We had zoom meetings, in person meetings and many, many an email back and forth and nothing was ever too much of an ask! Rebecca helped keep everything ticking over, she is so well organised and calm but also has a wealth of knowledge in the industry and just knows what works and what doesn’t.

Rebecca gave so many recommendations for suppliers, advice on reception drinks, she helped me keep a surprise for the groom which was a 9 hole mini golf course being delivered the day of the wedding, helped us with all the timings of the day, literally everything! The lead up to our wedding was such an enjoyable and chilled out experience because we had Rebecca helping us along the way.

The actual wedding day was a DREAM - all suppliers arrived and were dealt with by Rebecca so myself and James (the groom) could just get ready and not worry about it anything. Everything ran super smoothly, she helped keep the timelines of the day on track without ordering people around. I honestly have no clue what our wedding would have been without Rebecca.

It was obvious she was there because of how well things ran but also she just blended in with our guests and was having conversations with each of them. The following day, multiple guests of ours directly contacted James and I to compliment Rebecca, she is just a natural at her job.

Everything was just dealt with so seamlessly and Rebecca kept James and I smiling throughout the whole process! So so much more than a wedding planner! Thank you so much🤍

Best decision we made!

Hiring Holly was hands-down one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. She was always so calm and collected, and on hand to answer all the little questions and worries, as well as helping with the things you don't even think about! She made our day run seamlessly and went above and beyond to help with last minute changes to ensure that I had nothing to worry about. We never intended at the beginning to have a wedding coordinator, but now we couldn't imagine not having one. Smiley, patient, kind and on-the-ball - Holly you are simply the best!
