Hi, we're Claire and Laura, and we decided to combine our backgrounds in events planning for brands and teaching to start The Village Green Events in 2015! We plan, design and style truly personalised weddings for couples looking for a 'wow' celebration that feels effortlessly stylish and fun. We like to kick things off with a discovery call so we can understand where you are currently in the wedding planning journey and what help you might need from us. We will then put together a personalised proposal outlining our services, options, and costs. We were recently awarded "Highly Commended Venue Stylist 2025" by TWIA in Yorkshire and the North East. Over the past 10 years, we have built a strong reputation for our creative flair, attention to detail, and dedication to delivering and enhancing our couples' visions.

We particularly love working with couples who are looking for a stylish and modern day that feels fun and breaks free from traditions. We want your wedding to feel authentically you!

Every wedding we work on is completely unique and true to the couple we work with. We offer both wedding planning and venue styling. Our services are flexible and customisable, ensuring that every couple we work with gets the support they need for their wedding day. We want our couples to enjoy working with us from the moment they book us, relaxed in the knowledge that we've got everything covered. Although we are based in Sheffield, we are happy to travel and often work across Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire and further afield.
