We would highly recommend the Wedding Bubble! We had our wedding at Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens where Amy and Michelle organised the legal, behind the scenes stuff with our suppliers. We also paid for on the day support which we were so grateful for. Amy and Michelle ensured that the day ran smoothly and to time. They helped with logistics on the day as well making sure our tent looked beautiful and our guests had everything they needed. Communication was fantastic leading up to our wedding too.

We used the Wedding Bubble for additional on-the-day planning during our wedding at Castle Bromwich Hall Gardens and it was one of the best decisions I made during the planning of our day. Amy and Michelle were super helpful, responsive and took a lot of the strain off my shoulders just when I needed it. The wedding bubble were excellent. To be honest, I was initially hesitant about hiring a wedding planner as we had planned our day already, but it honestly was the best money we spent. It meant that 6 weeks before I could hand all the final coordination over to Amy and Michelle, and instead focus on spending time with my partner and relaxing. They helped us finalise the order of the day, fine tuning elements by sharing their extensive expertise and liaising with all our suppliers and venue to ensure a smooth running of the day.

Amy was brilliant on the day - a calm reassuring presence, gently checking in with us when queries arose, and helping us keep to time on the day. It really meant that I could just enjoy the day without having to look at the time at all. I never thought I would be such a relaxed bride, but the wedding bubble made it happen :)

The Wedding Bubble were also instrumental in ensuring our decor came together. We had a lot of DIY decor and a Dutch/Ghanaian cheese/desserts table (to showcase our heritage) all of which the venue insisted we deliver on the day of the wedding and not before (which would have been a logistical nightmare!) Amy and Michelle worked their magic and suddenly we could leave it days in advance, again making our wedding day so much more relaxed, with one less (big) task to do. On the day Amy coordinated all the suppliers and organised our decor pieces so it all came together so beautifully.

Not only did they coordinate our day beautifully, but they really went above and beyond to allow us to have the most personalised, bespoke wedding: getting the photobooth to stay open a bit later, Amy buying soft cheeses and grapes when I had forgotten to get for the cheese table, hanging photos off the fairy lights, coordinating ice lollies for all of our guests to have, coordinating timings for our bridal/grooms party to perform a song/short play (Dutch tradition), an evening outfit change into Ghanaian gowns and the list goes on. We really cannot thank them enough - they really made all our dreams come true :)

We came across Michelle and Amy quite by chance and upon our first discussions with them, found they very professional, engaging and delightful. We booked them for my son's wedding at the Belfry for Sunday 28th August 2022 and from the first engagement, subsequent meetings, meeting in person to go through the plan to the whole day's coordination by them, we couldn't fault their input. They took all the stress out of the wedding day from us and to say it was a full on Indian wedding with the Indian ceremony, the civil and a reception, they were amazing. I can't recommend them enough, particularly for Indian weddings as they grasped everything very quickly. Well done to the team and on behalf of the newly weds thank you so much. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Michelle and Amy of The Wedding Bubble and the incredible job they did with our day-of coordination. The services they rendered and the peace of mind they gave me in knowing that my carefully crafted vision for the day was going to be executed correctly really was priceless. They treated me with respect, made me feel important, and were absolutely invaluable on the day from overseeing vendors, setting up our decor, keeping everyone on time, handling crisis after crisis with cool and calm authority, and even capturing one of my favorite images from the day on their cell phone! My only regret is that we didn't have them stay the whole day because once they left their influence over the way the day was going was VERY evident. I can confidently recommend The Wedding Bubble to any bride - they are seriously so worth the investment because you're essentially buying a smooth wedding day and peace of mind. I do not know how we would've pulled our wedding off without them - their influence and presence will be something I am forever grateful for.

We hired the team to provide some organisation to our day and ensure it ran as smoothly as possible. Michelle and Amy were a safe pair of hands to pass over my plans to and they troubleshooted any gaps or potential issues well before the wedding. On the day it was great to know that they were keep an eye on the timeline so that we could relax as much as possible. Definitely recommend The Wedding Bubble to anybody that is having an event with lots of components, the ladies were lovely and really helpful.
My only advice is that if you are able to, pay for the additional hours in the evening. This is something that we only would have known in hindsight but things went slightly chaotic when they left.
