We had a couple of consultations with different wedding planners and UEC stood out for us as professional, experienced and dedicated to meeting the vision of our wedding day.

We are an indecisive and particular couple, however Bridget and her team were patient and available at every step, turning a very stressful time into an enjoyable one with lots of laughs and tailored guidance along the way.

The wedding turned out better than we could have ever dreamed of - we actually had time to enjoy the day as we knew it was in safe hand. Everything just fell into place perfectly, and we continue to receive compliments from guests!

Bridget was the world’s greatest wedding planner and co-ordinator !!! I have always been terrible with timing, but she had me and the bridal team at my wedding ceremony bang on time 😅 absolutely everything was so organised on the day and she coordinated all the vendors perfectly!! I approached Bridget and UEC in 2018 to co-ordinate my wedding in 2019, it was easily one of the best decisions I made. We had a large wedding and there was not one complaint about the day, everyone had a great time with Bridget and her team ensuring everything ran to schedule. Bridget’s attention to detail led me to think about elements of my wedding that are commonly overlooked which enhanced the beauty and enjoyment of the day. Not only was her team available for any questions, they quickly became friends, confidantes, agony aunts and problem solvers. We would love to send a huge thanks and gratitude towards for all UEC’s efforts in the lead up to and on our big day. From the very moment we appointed them as our wedding co-coordinators they had been on hand ready to aid us in all our questions. UEC’s communication and planning were on point because it was a pleasant experience having team members keep us in the know of any tasks that needed to be completed in the lead up to our wedding day.

Their help was needed as there is so much we could not of done by ourselves. Having coordinators is crucial because so many I’s needs dotting and t’s needed crossing that we did not have the experience to do so.

On the day although it was overwhelming for us, UEC thoroughly stuck to the schedule (that was shared with us beforehand) and kept us and the wedding party included and informed, all the way to the end of the night. They were also transparent whilst dealing with vendors on the day. UEC continued to make communication a key point and that was testament to the success of our day. We can't wait for future events with Bridget and team!! Hire them.

Bridget and her team went above and beyond for us. We started planning our wedding before the COVID lockdown and when the restrictions were put in place we wanted to persevere and stick to our original day no matter what it looked like. Bridget worked so hard to help us stick to our plans and ensure it was a special day to remember. She was with us every step of the way and was so flexible with all the uncertainty and last minute changes. It was a testament to her organisational skills and great communication.

She communicated fantastically with all my vendors and provided fantastic on the day coordination. I really did not have to worry about a thing because I felt safe in her hands. All the vendors knew exactly what to do and who to report to on the day so I had no one disturb me which meant that I could be present and really enjoy my day.

Honestly I don't know what I would have done without Bridget and her team. I would definitely recommend them.

Throughout my whole experience I found myself not really worrying about anything. There was very little stress which meant more time for enjoyment. I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding planning process and wedding day because I literally didn’t have to worry about anything. Bridget and her team were able to look after every little detail, my guests, my vendors as well as any last minute requests. And the few things that went wrong due to no fault of their own, was resolved quickly and I was none the wiser until they debriefed me a few days later. Their attention to detail and drive to ensure you have the day you dreamed of is amazing. In my opinion you won’t find anyone better that you can trust with your special day. The UEC team’s professionalism and efficiency is second to none.
