A BIT ABOUT ME

• My name is Inge Nielsen.
• I am Danish-born and married to my lovely husband, Mark.
• We live in the rolling hills of beautiful Somerset, and yes, I am a total romantic.
• I mainly assist couples in the Dorset and Somerset area, but I am always very happy to give support further afield in the UK.
• If you are looking for a destination wedding, castle or under-the-radar manor, I have years of experience sourcing beautiful venues, which I personally handpicked.
• I also arrange honeymoon getaways if the couple wish.

AS YOUR WEDDING PLANNER

• I believe every wedding is as unique as the couple behind it.
• From personal experience, I understand the doubts, the family politics, and the pressure of opinions (where everyone has a grand idea and say in how your wedding should look).

• Most of my couples select full wedding planning.
• Some couples already far into their planning may only need help with the last 8-weeks and day-of coordination.
• I am here to help, and on our first call, you can share what you are looking for based on your guest numbers, venue location, season, style, and budget.
• I share my fee and inclusions with you following our conversations.

• Find a wedding planner where you feel you gel, connect, and feel the person captures your vision.
• Ask questions, even sensitive ones, about my fee, and talk about your budget ceiling.
• It’s vital that you feel that you are in good hands.

Remember, if you are a tiny bit of an organisational geek like me, handing over this mammoth responsibility to someone else will be hard. I, too, am that geek, and I planned, executed, and organised every fine detail of our own wedding. However, I relinquished major tasks to a wedding planner so that we (mainly me, but of course, we) could allow ourselves to breathe in every special moment of our magical wedding day.

We arrange a video call or meet in person if you are in the area. I start by taking the time to get to know you and your vision, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully considered.

Whether you’re after something intimate or an all-out celebration, I am here to bring it to life. Once I know your scope, I share my fee and all your inclusions.

You assess if we are a match, and when you wish to hire me, you pay the deposit to secure my time, and we kickstart your wedding planning journey.
