Zuza, the visionary behind Whole Lotta Love Weddings, embarked on her entrepreneurial journey four years ago following a distinguished career in advertising production. Drawing upon decades of experience collaborating with elite clientele and leading teams of top-tier creatives, she brings a wealth of design prowess and project management acumen to her wedding planning venture.

Services
Whole Lotta Love Weddings offers three tiers of services and is best suited for mid to high-end wedding budgets, for couples seaking that wow factor.
- Full Wedding Planning - This tier is for those who want to work directly with Zuza on a fully design-led wedding, with help in sourcing and dealing with carefully selected vendors, leading on perfecting the desired design, handling all logistics and supplier communications, and delivering a sress free wedding day with their proffecional on-the-day coordination.
- Design and Styling - This tier is for those who are happy to plan their wedding (handling the logystics side), but want the design side support and on-the-day styling of the venue. The OTD coordination package can be added additionally if desired.
- On-the-Day Wedding Coordination - This tier is for couples who organised everything but need help with handing over the logystics to a planner to take over the running of the day. This is usually booked a few months before the wedding date.
Good to know:
- The cost of our services is calculated according to the time spent on working with us and the size and complexities of each wedding, with a minimum spend as guide.
- We mostly deal with design-focused couples, working with mid to high-end wedding budgets - from 40-100K+++
- As well as long-lead wedding planning, we have mastered organising short-lead weddings, where the design aspect is never compromised by the timeline!

How do you work?
We work closely with our couples on figuring out their wedding design and sorting the logistics and planning. We recommend and brief all suppliers and do the setup, styling, and OTD coordination
What are the forms of payment?
A 40% booking deposit is taken to secure the booking. Different payment options are available and done via Stripe (credit cards can be used)

Zuza the wedding planning extraordinaire
STOP SEARCHING! I can tell you right now that if you want the most unique, design led, special and hands down best day of your life you need to make sure the first thing you do is book Zuza as your wedding planner. I relaxed as soon as we virtually met and I knew that Zuza instantly got us and what we wanted for our day, her supplier connections are absolutely fantastic and I knew we were in safe hands with anyone that Zuza recommended. Every call and meeting up to our big day made us so excited as we could really see our vision coming to life, we knew we could completely put our trust in Zuza. On the day everything was perfectly executed, organised and to schedule with a side of absolute fashion because wow, Zuza’s outfit choices are 10/10. We felt and still feel like Zuza wasn’t just our wedding planner but one of our friends and I couldn’t have thought of working with anyone else! Without a doubt, this is THE wedding planner to hire!
I don't think 5-stars are enough to properly rate Zuza's exquisite work! Her dedication, professionalism and extremely high work ethic really changes the concept of planning a wedding. Throughout the process there was not one moment where I felt stress, anxiousness or the need to be worried as I knew everything was under control at all times. Her communication and organizational skills are impeccable and she will ensure you feel in control at all times whilst enjoying this special time in your life. What I really like about Zuza is her sense of style. She is classy, original and has a very unique vision in creating a tailored concept that works just for you. She doesn't have one mold that fits all couples and she doesn't make assumptions. She carefully prepares a plan that will make your wedding a one-of-a kind! You can also see how much she enjoys her profession, her warm smile makes you want to invite her as a guest rather than the coordinator for the day! I cannot recommend her enough- this is coming not only from me (the customer) but I received the same feedback about her from some of the suppliers that worked with her for my wedding. Definitely a no-brainer if you want a stress-free plan in which you can enjoy your special day and the process leading towards it! If I did it all again, Zuza would be my person of choice every time!

THE best investment we made in our wedding
We had THE BEST experience working with Zuza and her amazing team for our wedding. Whole Lotta Love made a Whole Lotta Impact ! Our decor was stunning, the day ran smoothly, our vendors where supported the the venue well organised al because of the amazing Zuza. It was hands down THE best investment we made in our wedding and we are so grateful for the kindness, skill, creativity and vision that Zuza brought to our big day. So many people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to and we have the amazing Whole Lotta Love to thank for that.

Gorgeous wedding styling and planner extraordinaire
Zuza was incredible to work with - from our first meeting, she seemed to know what we wanted for our wedding before we knew for ourselves. We loved every detail of her design - seeing it come to life was stunning 😍 Her network of suppliers meant we were in touch with talented and lovely people that we could trust with making a memorable day for us, our family and friends.
It was so enjoyable being able to soak in every bit of the day because Zuza was there to keep everything running smoothly for us.
I feel really lucky that we had Zuza on our side. She’s amazing, and if you’re thinking about a planner/stylist for an event, book a call with her - you won’t regret it.

Zuza - Vibe sister and backbone of our wedding!
The stars aligned when we came upon Zuza. Such great vibrations right from the get go, and she wowed us the whole way through!
This incredible human comes with a rare combo of big picture and small detail. She's special like that. At the point we decided to ahead (I'll be honest, it was a no brainer!), she was quick to nail down our vibe (affectionately now my 'vibe sister' forever more!). And once that was sorted, the supplier hook ups rolled in, all of which which were so right for us and incidentally all of whom were also just so talented and so glorious - truly the most fantastic wedding dream team ever!
What I loved about working with Zuza over the year that our wedding was in planning, was her bold passionate energy, her warmth, her realness, and her collaborative spirit. Zuza was never shy on voicing her opinions. But she also wasn't precious with her opinions. This made for a really enjoyable wedding planning process - one in which our ideas evolved organically and magic happened over and again! A magic that led us to decisions about our wedding that couldn't have been more perfect us and our big day, but that we'd never have arrived at on our own, without Zuza's help.
On the day, Zuza was a total godsend. Truly the backbone of our wedding! We trusted her wholly and completely and she did not let us down! This lady had all logistics in hand - masterminding all the set up and 'set changes' throughout the day, responding to unexpected challenges in her stride, and basically being wholly responsible for our day coming together seamlessly and with perfect composure.
I had such a great time working you with you, dearest Zuza. You put the fun into funky and I can't rave enough about how much we appreciated having you on side. Thank you so so much for everything. Frankly it's almost a shame I only plan to get married once 😂 but you now have me as a friend for life 🥰🤩😘.

Incredible Experience with Zuza
I truly cannot put into words how INCREDIBLE Zuza is. She was the fabulous fairy Godmother of our wedding. Hands down the most organised, creative person, she knew what we needed before we knew what we needed. Her design skills are second to none and we couldn’t have loved our wedding design more. She listened to everything we were thinking and created something beyond our wildest imaginings. When it came to organisation, she took all the stress out of planning and logistics. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our perfectly planned day. We really can’t recommend her highly enough. She has the most fabulous network of vendors she works with who all absolutely nailed her brief and vision. All her hard work meant that our wedding day was seamless and spectacular. She is one of a kind!

Where to start? SO good.
We approached Zuza with an idea of what we wanted, but only half an idea of how to execute. Zuza brought structure, creativity, contacts and flare to our planning process with incredible results. She helped us navigate some tricky situations and ensured we got the wedding of our dreams - all we’ve heard since is “best wedding ever” and although we’re biased we don’t disagree. It was truly a feast for the eyes, with a completely transformed venue and a programme of entertainment that left everyone glowing. Nearer the time we realised actually we’d benefit from her on the day coordination too; which was also a life saver as she ensured the day flowed without any issues whatsoever. If you’re on the fence about whether or not to go with Zuza - we’d say absolutely do it.

The best in the biz for a unique, unforgettable wedding!
Working with Zuza has been an absolute joy from begin to end! Her energy, creative vision and flawless execution makes her one of the best in the business. We had a very specific idea of what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like which Zuza understood completely. Always there to help or advise, clear and timely in her communications and dedicated to her clients, Zuza definitely poured a whole lotta love and energy into helping us make this the best day of our lives. We absolutely adored working with her and would recommend her services to anyone that wants to host an unforgettable wedding!
